Needed to replace breaker box....Tom went above and beyond in organizing all the wiring. Could not have asked for a cleaner installation. Had a generator transfer switch installed last year....same thing, excellent workmanship. Could not be happier.

My 220 electric to my stove stopped working yesterday so I called Loria Electric this morning they were fantastic they were at my door in less than a half hour. Looked at the problem and new what was wrong went for parts and had everything fixed in an hour. I can"t thank them enough you folks are great thank you again. I would highly recommend them .

The power in half of our house was out. I called Loria expecting them come and charge us for a house call and tell us it was a problem with a breaker or something. Rather, I got a very persistent Amanda who encouraged me to take advantage of the free services of RG&E to check their equipment first. While I was frustrated that this was just going to take longer for what I was sure was the eventual end, I reluctantly followed her expert advice. Sure enough RG&E found something in disrepair, fixed it and then left. I called Amanda again because we were not restored. This was it, house call plus whatever, right? No, Amanda was so sure that it was RG&E equipment that she offered to call RG&E on my behalf. She got them to come back out right away. It turned out the gentleman assumed that the first fix was the only issue and never tested the lines. The second fix required a crew. I called Amanda back to let her know she was right and to thank her for advocating for me. It was the end of the day, she then offered me her personal cell phone so if we were still without power after the crew left, she could dispatch someone first thing in the morning.

WOW! Just amazing, so refreshing to receive that level of customer service. I would use and recommend Loria based on their customer service and integrity.

These people are wonderful! They weren't able to provide service in my area but Laura was kind enough to refer me to someone who can provide service at an reasonable price. Mathew came right out and fixed my problem with no issues. A special thanks to Laura for her referral and also following up to see if everything went ok. They go above and beyond to help out whether you are their customer or not. I highly recommend them!

Updated my electrical service as well as moves power lines from above ground to underground. They were extremely professional and considerate of my property. They communicated very well with me leading up to the project and through the whole process on time lines and what they were going to be doing. I would highly recommend Loria electric!

Russ from Loria Electrical Services came out to our home after our 150 amp breaker failed (unbeknownst to us). RGE had shut off our service and left me running around borrowing generators. Russ came out to check out the problem and explained everything clearly and helped us understand what occurred.
He returned an hour later and verified the issue and made a game plan all while keeping me updated and assured it was safe.
He went out and purchased the needed equipment and called me to give me his ETA.
He was extremely helpful, kind, polite and worked quickly to solve the issue.
This was my first experience with an outside electrical company and I will never call another electrician.

All of our lighting & outlets in our foyer and living room stopped working. We tried to fix it ourselves, with no luck. The owner of Loria Electric went out of his way (on a busy Friday evening) and fixed everything within an hour. We are so glad we have lighting & TV back! Highly recommend!!!!
