The gentleman was very professional, spoke very politely. I was very happy with the results. I feel they were priced very reasonably. You get what you pay for this was not shoddy work. I will call on them again, Telling my friends also. Call Great Lights Electric.

We had to have light bulbs replaced at our pediatric dental office and Great Lights came to the rescue! They were quick, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure they had everything accomplished before they left. We will definitely be using their business again for our electrical needs.

Charles and his assistant were awesome! They were very thorough and found the problem by being diligent. I'm grateful, I could have had a fire and lost my house, due to a bad electrical outlet in a room that I wasn't even concerned about. They were friendly, contentious, and professional. I will be using them in the future.

Katrina is most impressive. At 12 feet in the air installing a chandelier she never lost her cool and did a perfect job. She also was amazing doing a whole house inspection. Tremendous detail and time taken. Great at explaining how and why. Highly recommend. I will hire her again soon for more work and have already recommended her to several friends.

We had a new outlet put in and grounded an old two prong outlet. We're happy with the service, called on a Thursday and job was done by noon the next day at a reasonable price. They are very communicative in advance about when they will be arriving, it's all very professional. Easy recommend if you are in the area.

Mr. Williams was great. He listened to my concerns, was respectful and completely explained everything. He solved my problem and left everything better than when he arrived. I put Great Lights in my contacts and will use them in the future and recommend them to anyone needing any electric work.

I can not speak their praises enough! We had a flood in our basement that was over 4 ft deep and required the power to be cut. Ken and his team came to my house on short notice. They pumped out my basement, replaced my electric box and even connected my new sump pump for me all in less than 24 hours. The crew was professional and friendly. The owner was very helpful and also compassionate in understanding our needs during this tough time. There is no doubt I will be doing all of my electrical business with these guys going forward and will also be recommending them to folks. I am grateful for everything they did

Charles and Chris showed dedication and determination when troubleshooting multiple non-routine electrical issues in our older home. They explained each step of the process thoroughly. The owner, Kenny, consulted on the project as well and came to the house after regular business hours to ensure the job was completed. Additionally, the quoted price did not change despite the job taking much longer than anticipated. Great, honest family-owned business. Would highly recommend!

I needed some outlets put in my kitchen for new appliances. Charles came out and was prompt and very polite. He explained which circuits things were on; and now I can use my double air fryer and my microwave at the same time!! Great Lights Electric will always be my, go to, for electrical needs. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Great Lights Electric. They did business with our organization, and I requested a refund on February 13th, 2025, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive any resolution. The customer service has been unresponsive, and I’ve been left with no clear answers or timeline for when the money will be refunded.

The lack of communication and failure to resolve the issue is unacceptable. I would not recommend this business based on my experience, as it has been frustrating and unprofessional.

Matt came out they have been babying our 35 yr old system for a while. This last heat wave took it out. Matt tried his best but it was time.
We are having our new system installed Monday.
