We were installing a new swimming pool and had Loria do all the electrical work for us. The job was done professionally and to our satisfaction. The people we worked with were very knowledgeable and helpful. I would not hesitate to use them again with any work I need done.

I had some electrical work that had to be done in my basement. They sent me one of their best, his name is Raffy. He did an awesome job. He explained to me what had to be done and did it in a very professional way.

It's nice to see "service" again. Live person answered the phone and set up appointment for estimate. Russ showed up on time to do the estimate and sent estimate to me. I sent it back with deposit. Work was scheduled and I was kept up to date with progress. Everyone showed up on the agreed date and even though there were some additional problems that were not obvious at estimate time, they were addressed and completed. All work performed was done by a very personable professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Loria Electrical Service was wonderful to work with. I recently purchased an older condo and needed to update lights, and add outlets. Mike came and walked through things with me, gave me great ideas and guidance and sent an estimate for me to review; pricing was very good. I needed time to find the light fixtures and the office staff was very patient and helpful letting me reschedule the work. Raffe (I hope I spelled that correctly) showed up on time and did a fantastic job. He was effiecient and professional and friendly. I am so thankful I worked with this group and I will call them again whenever I need electrical work done at my home.

Mike & his team did a spectacular job replacing our outdated service with a 220 amp upgrade including service relocation, new panel & updated grounding They coordinated the whole process from start to finish with RG&E permit/inspection. They also installed new circuits to lighten the load, added/updated some outlets & added a generator plug. They were organized, thorough, communicative and on time for every appointment. Couldn't have asked for more. Loria will be my electrical service provider moving forward.

Loria Electric made this three-piece entryway light installation so easy! I wasn't even home to direct them, but they were flexible in dealing with my son and myself over the phone. I was so happy when I came home and the light was set up so beautifully without my being there, on time, and with no clean-up on my part. Thank you Loria Electric for my beautiful new entryway!

Tom was professional, friendly and thorough. He handled all of our electrical issues in a fast, efficient manner. They were on time (actually early due to a cancellation) keeping their word when they said they’d be there. Russ is absolutely fantastic. Incredibly friendly and kind guy. His team did a great job installing an outlet for our new electric dryer and fixing our front porch light. Amanda was really wonderful on the phone and made calling them a joy. I definitely recommend them!!

We had an emergency electrical situation and Loria Electric came out first thing in the morning to assess and fix the problem. They were very professional and very knowledgeable. We called to get recessed lighting throughout the house. Russ was very professional and very polite. He worked with us to get the most out of what we needed. Amanda was timely in her response to my questions and was very pleasant to work with. The guys who came out to do the work were great as well. Raphy and Sam were professional and knew their stuff and would take the time to answer my questions throughout the day as they worked. I love the new lighting!! What a wonderful difference!!

I was very impressed by the entire process of dealing with Loria Electric. First, the owner Russell stopped by to evaluate the job pretty late in the day. An estimate and scope of work followed soon after. Sam was mentioned as our installer. Sam and Mark arrived early, and had a full understanding of what was needed for installation. Long story short, Sam and Mark did a great job. I'm very happy with the clean setup that was installed. Amanda at Loria Electric helped me to understand my electrical situation and patiently guided me through the steps I needed to take to address my issue. Even when it became apparent that I would need to use a different company, she went beyond her job and gave me a referral as well as specific instructions to get the best outcome. Though Loria was no longer involved with my electrical issue, I went to Amanda at least twice after that to help answer some additional questions I had; she followed up twice after that. I’m impressed with the caring nature of this company that their rep Amanda displayed, and will be sure to go to Loria for any future electrical issues.

Russ and his team do a wonderful job at what they do. They are courteous, timely, and professional. They installed the electric for my pool last year and it has been great. I had an issue with the switch and Russ was on it in no time. He got back to me promptly, returning my call/texts, and was out himself to make the repair. I couldn't ask for a better response from any company. Now it's in the 90's and my pool is running great! Thanks Russ! I recommend these guys to anyone needing electrical work, from small jobs, to bigger jobs.

We came to Loria after purchasing our house and finding out that we had didn't have the appropriate service line running to our home. (The sellers who flipped the home neglected to upgrade the service from 90 Amps to their 150 Amp panel). Russ worked with us to get our 1920s home updated to 200 Amp service & it was a pleasure working with him. Can't recommend them enough.
