I recently moved into a house where the previous owners had used Huether for HVAC service. So when I had a problem with my AC, I gave them a call.

They sent someone out to inspect, and they identified the issue. They said they couldn't fix it that day, but that I could schedule an appointment to get it taken care of. Fine by me.

So I scheduled that appointment. Then the appointment day came and went, and nobody showed up. I called the line several times with no response. Eventually they called back to say that they had gotten busy all of a sudden and couldn't make it. They asked to try again the following day. So I said "sure."

That day came and went, and I am now writing this review after the second unannounced no-show. I have again called the line multiple times and left messages with no response. Very frustrating.

We had something happen with our furnace and had no heat on the cold snowy weekend in March. I called the emergency service and John Huether offered to come over right away. We have a wood burning stove and waited until Monday morning. John promised he’d call at 8am which he did and promptly sent over Dave to diagnose and fix the problem. Dave was extremely professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. John Huether is amazing!

My job was an AC change out, but the air handler was in the attic. Very little room I was impressed this crew got up there and got the job done and it’s working perfectly. You should feel comfortable doing business with John my compliments.

The Heuther team is the best around that I have dealt with. Always nice and accommodating. They were out last week to help with airflow issues that we had been having.
I truly appreciate the time and expertise they give and they don't make you feel foolish....when I probably was/am.
They have all of our business and anyone else's that would ask me.

We had a great experience with Huether! They installed a new AC system and air filter. We appreciated working with John and feel like he is a straight shooter and an honest guy. We'll be using them in the future! Highly recommend them!

Unit installed is way too big for the house and to top it off this company didn’t set up the equipment correctly when installed .. rude when I called to get the service call the front desk person said oh you haven’t cleaned it it’s out of any warranty .. would not recommend ..

They are the absolute kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of needing. The are honest and fair. Quality work. Left my home better than how they found it.

During the beginning of a predicted very cold week, my furnace stopped working after their working hours and I called the emergency number and Dave came really quick and found an old round fuse blown and connected the furnace to the fuse box. I am very grateful. Thank you!

The day our air conditioner went out, Raul was able to come out to our house. He immediately noticed that a power surge had burned out the system. Thanks to Raul's expertise, it was determined that lightning had struck our outside air conditioning unit, traveled through the wiring and took out our entire HVAC system. Raul suggested we contact our insurance company and it turned out that our home owners policy covered lightning strikes.
Raul's commitment to his customers is second to none. He was able to order and install our whole new system in two days. He even worked until 2:30 in the morning during the June heat wave to get our a/c working. Raul also carefully covered and protected our floors during the process as the old furnace was removed and the new equipment was installed. Raul is the best!

They’re absolutely amazing! I’m a new homeowner, so I had a lot of questions about maintenance, how things worked, etc. Raul was more than happy to answer questions and walking me through everything about my system. He made sure to go the extra mile with inspection and cleaning. He proved to be a kind and trustworthy guy, so I cannot recommend Bear Heating services enough and will be a repeat customer!
