John installed a new furnace in our home.The entire experience working with John and his team was fantastic.  He was extremely responsive, very knowledgeable, took the time to discuss what options we had, and did high quality and professional work.  In addition, the price was very
reasonable, and the installation timing was faster compared to other contractors.  We will be reaching out to John for all future HVAC needs.

John was the only who agreed to install an Ecobee digital thermostat to integrate the HVAC and humidity controls in our house. We had separate 30 year old thermostat and humidity controllers and only Ecobee had the capability to integrate both. It was not an easy DIY project since our old thermostat was lacking wires of a particular color needed for the install. John showed up on a Saturday in the middle of the covid pandemic and did a perfect install. It did take him longer than anticipated due to some poorly run HVAC wires in our house but he did not charge us extra. He was very reasonably priced and professional. Thermostat has been working flawless for about 3 years now. The ability to monitor and regulate home temperatures through my phone across continents is fascinating. Thanks John! We will reach out to you to replace our aging furnace.

Install of new central ac, new furnace and new hot water heater. Pricing was good, service and friendliness was good, and the job was done in 1 1/2 days. Hauled off old junk, cleaned up after the work was done too. Professional and reasonable service and install. I will be going to Carroll heating for any future needs. Small in-town shops are the way to go. So far so good, temp set at 70° house stays at 70 and 50% RH. It’s a beautiful thing.

We were incredibly happy with how quickly Mr. Carroll was able to come to our house to figure out why our furnace stopped working. He was here within an hour, figured out what was wrong and was able to fix it all within just a few hours. He was honest and he does good work. I would highly recommend the company to anyone and will definitely be using their services again!

Rob and Larry were the 2 people I dealt with most, my furnace stopped working properly, and Larry came out same day to look at it. He let me watch everything he was doing, and explained what and why he was doing each thing, along with explaining how a furnace works, so I could better understand what he was showing /telling me, about what he was figuring out. For me this was huge, instead of going on blind faith that what they said was truth, he actually explained it so I could understand. Unfortunately my old furnace was very broken, but instead of just telling me I needed a new one and trying to sell me a new furnace, he told me exactly what was wrong with the current one, and what it would cost me to fix it, specifically what each part would cost and the labor involved, and what a new one would cost, that way I could have done my research to see if what he said was truthful, which it was of course, and the quote he gave me for repair, and for new furnace was way less than the "big companies" I also had extensive conversations with Rob regarding which furnace was best for my needs, and why certain brands were better than others long term, amongst many other things, bottom line is that I was VERY impressed with Harmon overall, price, knowledge, customer service, and just the personal aspect of it, and the fact that I was never a number, or a sale, and they all made sure that I was making an informed decision, and was ok with that decision, Brian and Quinn did an excellent job installing my new furnace in record time, as far as I can tell... So yea, I would recommend Harmon to anyone and everyone that needs any type of hvac work done, I was that impressed by them, and I don't say that lightly...

It was a pleasure doing business with Harmon heating and cooling. New furnace and AC installed. Fair price, knowledgeable techs, and left no mess.
