Titan provided my mother's house with a new ductless mini-split unit for the rear of her home. It was a fair price for a quality brand HVAC unit and excellent service. Two professional installers were in and our in 6 hours. Consider calling Titan Heating and Cooling for your comfort needs.

From the estimate to the work being completed I was impressed with Titan. Super knowledgeable, I thought the estimate was fair, showed up on time, happy to answer questions. All in all great experience.

It was time to upgrade our central air system. I had many questions about the different options in today's market. Titan Heating & Cooling answered all my questions and I ultimately decided to upgrade to a heat pump system that would work in combination with my existing gas furnace. On the day of the installation, 2 installers showed up on time. They were extremely professional and worked diligently throughout the day. Once the installation was complete, they showed me their work, explained how the system worked and how to connect the thermostat to an app. I really appreciate all the extra work they did to cleaned up the previous central air installation and tied everything in with their heat pump installation. This left a nice clean installation. When they left it was like they weren't even there, because they cleaned up thoroughly. I will definitely be recommending and calling Titan Heating & Cooling back for my HVAC needs.

Great experience all around! Everyone I spoke with was super friendly and knowledgeable, I also appreciate how the techs were honest about maintenance needed vs. what could be deferred. I'll definitely be a longtime customer!

We got home from 5 days out of town in late December and discovered the furnace was broken and the house was at about 47 degrees. It was 6 pm on Dec. 30. and a technician from Titan was at our house with 20 minutes of calling. Parts had to be found for the repair at the warehouse which was closed at that time of night, but the repair was underway by 8:30 am the next morning (Dec 31). We now have heat! Great and speedy service!

Titan to the rescue!! My 88 yr old mother was home with no heat today. Titan was called and immediately took swift action to replace a defective mechanism. We are so grateful for their kindness and support when we were in a heating crisis, taking my mother's needs very seriously. The work was thorough and completed successfully in a short period of time. Their service from beginning to end is very professional. Titan has become a source of comfort to us knowing they respond like we are family. Thank you TITAN!!

My furnace wasn’t working properly. I called at 8A and they were able to come out same day to service my furnace. Professional service and reasonably priced!

Steve was good to work with. He texted his estimate of arrival and then let me know he was on his way. Steve was courteous, and cleaned up everything before leaving. I was surprised when the aircon turned on about a half hour after leaving, but I reset the thermostat, and all is good. I would use Titan again.

The response from Titan heating and cooling was pretty quick- they came within the hour after I called when my boiler stopped working. The guys got the boiler running again, and explained what they did and what parts it needed and came back to finish the maintenance work. Great Job! I will be using Titan heating and cooling for any future repairs and maintenance.

I had an excellent experience with Titan Heating and Cooling. My technician Cody was outstanding- professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough in explaining everything he was doing. He took the time to make sure the job was done right and that all my questions were answered, which gave me complete confidence in his work. I will absolutely be calling Titan for any HVAC needs in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch service.

My heat went out so I emailed my issue and I received a call back within 15 minutes. Jeff was so nice and explained the whole process. I was scheduled that day to repair my furnace. They are prompt an courteous. The furnace was under warranty so labor was the only charge. I would not hesitate to recommend Titan Heating to anyone.

The folks at Titan do an amazing job keeping my steam boiler system running well year over year. I needed significant repairs this year and had a great experience with both Spencer (who made sure to get a fair and thorough quote) and Kevin who did the repairs and cleaning. Love Titan. Great people, great service. They do great work that they stand behind! They are super responsive and their communication is amazing. They show up when they say they will! They installed a new boiler for us and really did an awesome job ensuring that any future maintenance would be easy. Every component is isolated by shutoffs and can easily be swapped out if ever necessary. We are having an issue with the boiler, nothing to do with the work Titan did, and they are going out of their way to work with the manufacturer to get it resolved.

Every time I’ve needed service or repairs, Titan has been incredibly responsive and fairly priced. Each technician I’ve worked with has been professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. I’ve been consistently impressed and will absolutely continue to rely on Titan for all of my HVAC needs. I already know who I’ll be calling when my hot water tank decides it’s time to go. Supporting a business this dependable is an easy choice!

We just had a whole house Daikin mini split system installed by a great install team from Titan including Kevin, Steven, Adam G., Adam Y. & Dan. Their teamwork, professionalism, attention to every detail and respect of us, our pets and our property was superb. They were very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable answering all of our questions and meeting all of our concerns along the whole install process. They left every area probably cleaner than they found it, lol.Thank you guys for everything, you were all a pleasure to work with and have in our home!
