Titan was the right selection for HVAC equipment and installation. I purchased a high efficiency furnace to replace my 40 year old furnace at a very inexpensive price compared to other manufacturer brands and dealers. Their workmanship was excellent paying attention to every little detail. They placed carpets down to protect my floors and did an incredible nice job neatly retrofitting replacement furnace and air filter. Furnace is working great and can hardly hear it when it’s running.

Service tech arrived on time, was courteous and professional and explained everything to me regarding my furnace cleaning. He even provided me with a quote for a new hot water heater when he noticed mine was 15 years old!

Cody was awesome! He made a repair on our old furnace based on his service last month. I will continue to use Titan, ask for Cody, and have him replace our furnace when the time comes.

Titan replaced my furnace and water heater with newer more efficient ones with great professionalism. Everything was explained to me in detail. And the guys were very respectful and professional. Looking forward to continuing to work with this company.

We couldn't have had a better experience having a major service installed in our home -- central AC in a 1910 house. Titan was the only company that did due diligence from the very beginning and offered a great deal for a type of AC that no one else said was possible in our old home. The guys who did the installation were very professional, worked as a tight-knit team, and kept us in the loop about every step. There were absolutely no surprises. Sorry to see them go. Job well done guys!

I’m certain that the tech did a good job. What doesn’t sit well is when I purchase a product from you under warranty and it breaks down in the warranty period , my having to pay for the labor. Why not the manufacturing company ? Warranty repair on a car is done at no cost to the customer , television under warranty repair and parts at no customer cost . I am happy with the repair/ maintenance that you do, if you stand behind the products you sell then please show it . Thank you
We had further leaking and Sam came out , diagnosed a problem with water pressure coming into the house. He put in a unit to regulate/drop the water pressure which should stop dripping from the water pressure being too high. He was thorough and efficient and I thank him and Titan for resolving our problem . Well done !!

We have used Titan for our last HVAC service calls, and both times they were fantastic. Both staff who answered our calls and handled scheduling were great to work with, and both technicians arrived on time or a little early.

In both calls, the technicians took the time to thoroughly check everything, explain their findings, and if they ran into any issues, they kept investigating.

We really like the detailed invoices explaining their discovery and solution notes that we can refer to after the call.

We were very pleased with the work done - good communication and we got our replacement furnace installed within two days. Also very fair pricing.

Great guys very knowledgeable , But they were well aware what kind of the furnace I had ,..I told them about a blinking red light that I thought was a problem turns out the furnace is supposed to blink red. They could have just told me over the phone that this red blinking light is not really a problem with my furnace.. The person that came immediately knew that the red light does not mean anything mechanically..
But I still got charged almost 200.00. He did find a leaky PVC pipe, And I had to make another appointment for them to come back and a different person came installed the pipe and it cost me another approximately $200.
In my opinion they should have credited part of the first visit. .. in the future I'm not sure if I'm staying with this company because of all the money I spent basically for a $30 PVC pipe

Our hot water tank burst unexpectedly and needed to be replaced immediately. I called Titan Heating & Cooling, explained the situation, and they had two technicians at our house in under an hour with a brand-new hot water heater ready to go.

I was extremely impressed with their speed, efficiency, and expertise. The installers were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. They walked us through everything, worked quickly, and exceeded all expectations.

We’re very happy with the entire experience, and the price was great. Highly recommend!

I met with multiple vendors along with Titan at the Rochester Home Show and was immediately impressed with Gerry, who quoted to replace our 50 gallon water heater tank with a tankless water heater. I'm a fussy person who appreciates perfection and attention to detail. Gerry gave a very detailed description of the process and went above and beyond, even offering to change the "snorkel" PVC pipes from our high efficiency furnace with a cleaner looking bay vent.

The install crew followed up with the same attention to detail that Gerry provided and was amazing at communicating. The entire path from outside to the install location, was setup with carpet runners and drop clothes to prevent any damage to our property. The install was very "clean" looking as seen in the attached photos.

After some initial issues getting consistent hot water, Titan worked with the manufacturing rep to replace the entire unit. It was nice to have Titan on my side working for me with the vendor. Many contractors would have walked away and told me that I had to deal with the manufacturer to address issues. But Titan was there being an advocate for me and making sure that I (and most importantly, my wife) was happy!

We now have very consistent hot water temps at all faucets quicker than we had with our original water heater tank. We are VERY happy with our decision to go with Titan.
