Fast, courteous service at a fair price. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and would never use anyone else. Don’t be fooled by fancy commercials on television. Paris Heating is in my opinion the best heating and cooling company in the area. Give them a call and you will not be disappointed.

Rob from Paris Heating and Cooling came the same day I called with broken AC. Office answered my call immediately when I called in by phone- rare these days! AC fixed within minutes. We've been with Paris Heating & Cooling since we moved back to NY in 2022 and have been very happy with the company. One of the main reasons we have been with them is because of Rob Diehl, the technician that has been taking care our air conditioning and furnace units' maintance. From the customer service department to the technicians that are top notch and knowledgeable, we know we are in good hands. The service met our expectations. The technician was professional, and helpful. The technician said he would supply proposal for a new AC, which we have not received yet.

Our experience with Paris was terrific. Our air conditioning stopped working when it was close to 90 degrees outside with no hope of cooling down. They sent a technician out right away and he "life hacked" our unit to give us enough time for the new unit to be installed. He did not have to do that for us! Our installation appointment was scheduled quickly and our new unit was installed within hours by very professional and competent technicians. We will be using Paris for all of our heating and cooling needs in the future.

My service guy ,Chris he came in very focused very professional,he got started immediately. He checked all around my furnace and then he went inside and did cleaning and adjusting. One thing I didn't even know that my dehumidifier had a filter so you know I have never changed that but he knew immediately what he had to do and he changed all filters, and once finished the whole day went smooth

Looked like a bad board or a blower motor failed. The service person, Chris, found a loose wire after a lot of looking and avoided an expensive repair. Have to give them a pat on the back for the extra effort to save me money. An honest business that I'll use again.

Having an issue with my furnace kicking on over the weekend. Called the Paris operator on Sunday and within minutes received a call from Rob D. Scheduled the appointment for first thing next morning and was communicated through text before his arrival. Rob was very professional, arrived on time and didn't waste time at understanding the root cause. He made sure that the furnace was operable again and provided a thorough explanation. Since Paris installed the furnace less than 12 months before, Rob kindly did not charge for the visit. Paris has been a fantastic partner and I have used them since our new house build in 2013. For the third year in a row, we have had Paris heating come into service our system believe it or not what I like the best about this is that the same technician came out who was very nice respectful and remembered us. It builds such great confidence That the company must be taken care of their employees along with this person knows firsthand the history of our house heating system

I called Paris on the recommendation of a hvac guy i used to use but he retired. Dave was the tech who came to my house. He called to let me know he was on his way. I called and scheduled a cleaning & tune up for my furnace. Between the time of scheduling and the actual service appointment, the furnace stopped working all together. David, an exceptional technician, came over and had me up and running in no time. It was a super comfortable experience and I never felt as if there was an attempt to sell me anything I did not need. Highly recommended!! If I could rate them 100 ⭐️s I most definitely would.

Busted ac on a horrible day. Service came within two hours. Major repairs need work and Paris was able to make repairs quickly, efficiently and professionally until big time repairs can be done. Scheduling these additional repairs was easy, friendly and again very professional.

Rob came to give us a quote on replacing our furnace and he was great. He was focused on our needs and took into consideration my price range and financing options if necessary. We are very happy with the customer service Paris and Rob have given so far.

Our AC died during a heat wave, Paris Heating sent a technician out within an hour and a half of me calling them. They were very nice, diagnosed the problem and gave me repair vs replace options. We went with replacing with a new unit. They went an extra mile by doing the install on a Saturday morning, which we really appreciate. The new system is perfect, it cooled the house down to the set point rapidly, got the humidity down to normal even though it's 84 degrees and 77% humidity out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

Paris heating came out to fix my thermostat and Rob was excellent. Very professional, pleasant and thorough. I had a simple fix and he didn’t even charge me. I greatly appreciated the service!
