Fast and efficient service. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Explained the issues and fixed them appropriately and with attention to budget. Will be calling them for our annual maintenance and any other issues that arise.

Paris was great! Called for what appeared to be a leak and was given an appointment the next morning. We received a text and a call when the service person was on his way and he checked our furnace for leaks and answered all our questions. It was great eliminating our furnace as the cause of our water in the basement. Highly recommend Paris Heating and Cooling!

My air conditioning was not working. I called into the after hours line who took my information. I received a call telling me that a service person would be dispatched as soon as possible. Rob called about 11:00 am and told me he was on his way. Rob was here for just a short while… and had my air running again. Rob explained what I would need to do in the future in a very easy to understand manner. I have made plans to purchase new equipment from Paris.
I have used Paris in the past and feel very confident in their work .

In a quick summary I strongly recommend Paris Heating and Cooling. Knowledgeable, punctual and overall a great experience.

The long story, I had a difficult overnight in which my furnace went out and issues were identified with some of the gas piping.
Come morning called Paris and they sent Mike out in about an hour of my call. Mike was very supportive and knowledgeable and was great at walking me through everything.
Given the age of my furnace decided to move forward with replacing it. Seeing as I did not have heat Mike and Andy worked some magic to start the job just after lunch time the same day. Additional crew members arrived throughout the day as they finished other jobs to help out.
Just an incredible team effort! Had a new furnace and the piping all fixed before dinnertime.
To cap it off Ed was wonderful in preparing all of the rebate paperwork so I effectively just had to send it in.
Prior to calling Paris I was convinced it would be at least a couple days before I would have heat again and Paris got everything completed same day. My wife and I will definitely be using Paris in the future for all of our heating/cooling needs. Thank you Andy, Mike, Ed, Rob , Anthony and Dan for all the help!

Today, Paris Heating came by to clean and check my system for the upcoming summer season. I got the text they were on their way, and sure enough two smiling technicians showed up. They were friendly, answered a few questions i had and then got busy. They then checked the cooling temp and within an hour they were on the road. Great company, great service once again!!!

Jason & Mark, from Halco, did a top notch job of repairing my hot water heater which included adjusting incoming water pressure. I'd have Halco do any of our plumbing needs.

Super helpful and answering all questions. Very friendly and understanding. They Took the time and patience, going over every detail so we understand the whole process and some. We appreciate there time and knowledge and knowing what was best for our home.

We have had multiple projects and service done by Halco. Every installer, repair technician and office based employee was courteous, kind, professional and always willing to answer any question I had. What is the most important to me is that the few times something didn't work out, they earnestly tried to resolve the issue and recover the experience. Our most recent work was air sealing with spray foam insulation and blown cellulose in the attic. Noah and Kevin were on time, friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves.
I will use them again for future projects genuinely recommend them.

Quick, clean installation. Rex and Jake did an amazing job. Pleasure to have them do the install and would definitely recommend them. 2nd install with HalCo and I can’t think of anyone else I would want for installs and upgrades in my home.

HVAC replacement. The servicemen were prompt, courteous, and cleaned up. The worked steadily for two days. Everything appears to be working well.

Halco came after 3 different companies were absolutely clueless, found many problems! So tired of being ripped off by these so called "contractors " and companies. Halco is the only company I'm calling from here on out.

We had both a geothermal system and solar system installed. Workers were very professional and polite. I highly recommend Halco Energy!

Fantastic electrical service from Zack—advance notice of arrival time, courteous, professional, and efficient in his disconnect of old hard-wired shop lights that had been awkwardly installed decades ago in barn loft and installation of new fixtures. He recommended optimum placement, then checked whether I wanted any adjustments made (none needed). He also cleaned up the space and took away the old fixtures. The experience could not have been any better.
