Spencer, Scott, Aaron, Cody and Nick were outstanding in solving out boiler issues. We have been customers for over 20 years and we would absolutely recommend them to our friends and family. They have been extremely professional and are willing to fight for their clients. I can’t say enough good things about Titan heating besides recommending them to anyone who needs heating and cooling work done.

I called Titan because I needed to replace a 24-year-old furnace. Furnaces aren’t as simple as they used to be — there are single-stage, dual-stage, and fully variable models, and even differences within those categories.
Gerry came out to evaluate my existing system and the needs of my home. After his assessment, he recommended a replacement option. I had done some research beforehand and asked about a few alternatives. Gerry took the time to clearly explain the differences, and after a short discussion, we came back to the original recommendation. I felt treated as an informed customer, and our conversation was straightforward and educational. I never felt pressured or “sold” anything.
I received quotes from two major companies, and Titan offered the best price for what I considered equivalent — or better — quality.
I wasn’t home during the installation, but my wife said the team was polite and professional. They also completed the job several hours faster than promised.
Overall, I’m very pleased with the experience and would recommend Titan.

These guys are truly professional. They know their craft well. We were originally just going to have our furnace serviced but after talking with both Gerry and Jeff it was a no-brainer to replace our furnace after 21 years. They are very thorough explaining what they are going to do before the job. These guys work like a pit crew, on time, fast ,very efficient , and genuinely courteous. When they left is was like they were never here. We truly appreciate the quality of service , no surprise cost just upfront pricing. We will highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you!!

Rob was a true professional with a wealth of knowledge. My house is in Fairport and was built in 1887. It has been added onto twice and converted from a single family to a duplex back to a single family. Stairs were moved for new access upstairs in order to add a full bath and an additional bathroom. So many heating issues which has every room a different temperature. Rob took his time on the walk through. He asked great questions which gave him the information and insight he needed before presenting his solution. He was honest, candid and a true professional!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I’ve used Paris for my home for over 6 years. Most recently we had to replace our furnace and air conditioner in our 1980’s home. They were incredibly professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I love how they are a smaller company that way you get to know all the technicians. Their people love to work for thier company and it shows.

Called with an issue and Paris sent out a technician same day within about an hour! Rob was great and took plenty of time to explain things to me and make recommendations on the most sensible and cost effective way to fix things. We’ve worked with Paris in the past and will continue to do so in the future!

I had a mini split installed 8/2023. Has not worked correctly since. Heat would blow cold air, actual temp was 4° colder than set point. No comfort in system A unit was replaced, leads were cut. Main unit mounted to house shakes the houses. still not mounted on independent stand. Numerous calls to Paris. Mitsubishi Mike came to service. Said new comfort app was the best. Said he would not have set up my ststem this way. The units are not efficient, not comfortable and not economicable. The forced launch of the comfort app is very poor. It should not have been released. I have turned off the system. I have the unit set to 70° it's hot outside and come into the house after intense wlabor and the unit is blowing 74° heat at me. So +/- 4° on a heating system . This is the poorest experience I have ever had

The tech, Dave, did an excellent job starting our furnace and doing PM maintenance on it. He was also very polite. We’ll be contacting Paris again for our air conditioner

Our A/C unit was over 25 years old and it quit working on a Sunday in the beginning of July. We called Paris and they spent time on the phone walking us through some possible solutions, came by on Monday and got us up and running. We were put on their schedule for a replacement (2 weeks out) and when it completely died the next weekend (no fault of theirs - it was a VERY OLD A/C unit), they moved the date up and did the replacement! We were so happy we called them from the start. A great crew of 3 young men came out worked 3+ hours so cohesively - the experience was fantastic! Keep up the good work!

Rob Diehl was the technician that came to clean our furnace. As with all our experience with Paris employees; Rob was very professional and personable. Rob has serviced our furnace and air conditioner before, he is excellent. I want to commend the front office that schedules service and keeps you informed on when the technician will arrive. I highly recommend Paris H & C for any heating or cooling needs

Company offered us an earlier than scheduled appointment when a slot opened. Technician explained everything and had an immediate suggestion about how we could fix an access issue with our air filter, which was not why he was here.

Jordan was polite, professional, and very thorough. He called ahead and even asked if he could arrive early. I’ve used Paris for a few years now and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future. Very pleased with their service!!!

Paris Heating and Cooling was very responsive to my A/C needs. Came out the same day! The tech was our regular tech and he is always wonderful!

Tech Jordan came out & within 5 minutes diagnosed our problem with our gas furnace (dirty flame sensor) cleaned it & made an adjustment to improve gas combustion. Both Rob & Jordan have been great over the years. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, reliable, honest. 100% satisfied! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
