Frank is a man of integrity. We have used his tree service twice now. We have received very fair and reasonable estimates. Both jobs were on point relation to the estimate. Frank takes pride in the way the job is completed and follows up with clear communication.

We had the pleasure of connecting with Frank Bushey Tree service through ChipDrop. (If you haven't found ChipDrop yet, check them out!) We got a dump truck load of beautiful oak chips delivered. We were kept informed of when they were come and when they arrived. Most pleasant and personable folk. Verified where we wanted the chips and dropped them within a millimeter of where we wanted. Wonderful experience.

Earlier this summer I had Frank Bushey come to my home and remove about 1/2 of a very tall tree that needed to be removed. He came right away, gave me a price, told me he would check his schedule and within a week the job was completed. He doesn’t bring in heavy equipment. He and his partner climb the tree and removes a section / large branch at a time. Cleanup was great!

This man does not stand by his word steer clear of him was half way across the us to deliver a piece of equipment that he said he would purchase then calls me when im half way to ny and says je dosnt have the money and for me to turn around

He showed up the same day that I called to give me an estimate, took down the tree that had fallen on my garage the next day at a very reasonable pice .

They did a great job on our yard. Worked on the beds and borders all around the house. Never a problem always on time and reliable.

The owner is very kind and professional. His company has done work and removed trees for us several times. Very efficient and skilled workers. You won't be disappointed.

Ideal Tree Service broke windshield when O'neill did his IDEAL job on Evangeline str. If you want to safe money and time stay away from this Ideal Service.

Oniel was a pleasure to work with. He completed the job safely and quickly all while maintaining a cheerful attitude. I look forward to working with him in the future!!

Great service at a great price! Can't say enough good things about this company. They were punctual and very professional. They cut down 2 trees in my yard and had everything cleaned up amd gone in an hour and a half! Would definitely recommend!

Short:
1. Paid for 6 face chords. Only got 4
2. Wood was supposed to be seasoned. It's NOT. Meter shows water content of 40% for over 90% of the wood we've tested so far.

Long:
Sales rep that came out was extremely disrespectful. I just recently bought this house and installed a wood stove so I was trying to find a company I could trust for decades to come to heat my house. I can tell you with 100% certainty that this is NOT the company.

For starters, I paid for 6 face chords ($450). After stacking it in my garage I ended up with only 4 face chords. When I called them to ask they said they would make it right and come look at it. So I actually thought it was going to be an honest company. (took almost a week of constant rescheduling and never showing up). Finally, when he did make it out, while looking at it he started pointing out areas that "were sticking out." Mind you the wood was hardly packed tight enough to actually even by considered true face chords but I wasn't going to push that. Anyway, he decided to still bring me ONE face chord for what I was shorted... not because "I was not given it to begin with", but only because he said, "I don't want you to feel cheated." I guess the extra chord I paid for didn't matter.

Told me he would bring it to me the next day so I waited around, they never showed so I just let it go and was just going to cut my losses. Fast forward 24 hours and this guy shows up about to dump the wood right next to my jeep. When I went outside so I can move it, he started YELLING that "I hid wood on him." My property has wood in more then 6 different areas that aren't even split yet and some are too big for my furnace. All wood that I've been collecting from people throwing it out... The pile of wood he was looking at was a mere (maybe 2 dozen) pieces, if that. He starts yelling bloody murder that its his wood and I lied to him. First of all, this wood was there when he dropped the first set of wood to begin with. (I have cameras on my property to prove it.) Second of all, IT WOULD NOT HAVE EQUALED A WHOLE FACE CORD. Much less the amount I was shorted to begin with.

**Again, I like buying local as much as possible and I was hoping to find a local business I could give money to for decades to heat my house. I was hoping he was the guy since his business wasn't too far from my house. I can say with all honesty, this probably isn't the business.

Easy to communicate with (another local tree service never responded to my calls). Work was done quickly and efficiently and very soon after payment was made. I could tell he stays busy and is in demand. Followed up with me afterward to make sure I was satisfied.

O'Neill the owner does not understand quality service. He broke a window in my house, smashed the neighbors fence he tried to hide some of the tree by driving in the back of my house and putting it behind some shrubs when I asked him about it he said so there was other stuff back thereand there and what do I care? it just goes on and on and on. I had him do some other work a tree Lim put a dent in the driveway. O'Neill said he would put plywood down to protect the driveway, he didn't. My neighbor said it best when he said "This guy just doesn't get it". Very argumentative and he double talks. I paid $3000 cash would not give me a receipt. Agreed to a price then said I was cheap. I just wanted it to end and for them to go away.

These guys were GREAT. Fast, safe, efficient, and the Boss was an expert hand at trimming our huge dying tree in a way that made all the falling branches come down in the right spots. The crew of four brought a chipper and truck, and a dump truck with trailer for the stumping machine. The arrived before 11 and were gone by 1:15. If you need a tree removed or trimmed Ideal is the company to do it. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks, gents!

Oneill has been my go-to guy for tree work and tree advice for 8 years. He and his crew are careful, considerate, efficient and reasonably-priced. I highly recommend him.

Just seen these hard working gentleman on a different job and ask for a card. O'Neil, walked around the corner to my house offering a great price for a few trees hanging into my yard. A cut here and a trim there, and in no more than 30 mins maybe he was gone. No debris no nothing left behind but a smiling satisfied customer.! Would 100% recommend check out fb for the pics of the job.

Very professional, polite, Showed up on time. Everybody inform me they couldn't take down my english Maple tree that was dead too, Because I have a fenced in Yard and a bucket would not fit. Boy were they totally wrong. This company was referred to me for a estimate. And I was totally impressed and not disappointed over anything. You couldn't even tell they were here. It was so cleaned up afterwards and let me tell you they worked in a very tight area.

I had O’Neil (Ideal Tree Service) do some tree trimming at my property earlier this summer. He did a decent job at a reasonable price. While he was here, I asked him to quote a price on taking down a small willow tree. He quoted what I thought was a fair price and told him I would get back to him when we were ready. Approximately a month later I tried contacted O’Neil via voice message and text. I was finally able to speak directly with him and he agreed to the price we had discussed and said he would be out “next week”. He was a no show. Again, after numerous calls and text messages, I was finally able to speak with him. He assured me he would be out “next Tuesday” . Again, he was a no show and did not have the courtesy of calling to advise he was unable to keep the appointment. I have made countless attempts to speak to O’Neil since his last no show, but he has not returned any calls or texts. The owner of this company is completely unreliable and I cannot/ will not recommend him. Certainly if he calls with a reasonable explanation, I will amend this review. My advise is to stay away from this company. He obviously has much to learn about running a successful business.
