They were very responsive throughout the whole process. They were on time, friendly, and straight forward. He came out evaluated my freezer and fridge and identified the issue. He even told us it was best to buy a whole new fridge versus spending money to repair it. Definitely honest and trust worthy. I would use them again and definitely recommend.

Extremely responsive, came into our home and was very clean and proper and covered his shoes with disposable booties-quickly diagnosed the freezer issue and ordered part, came back 2 days later to install and freezer back up and running. Great service and followup, will definitely have there number saved for future reference.

ProTeam tech was on time. He ran diagnotic test on my Kitchenaid dishwasher, though it was 16 yrs old.
His assessment did not turn out to be what the problem was and not cost effective for me to repair, so I just bought new one.
ProTeam did their best. I appreciate they gave me partial credit as I requested. Thank you. I will recommend.

We had an issue with a dishwasher as well as the washer/dryer. The technician from Pro team came to the rescue!! He was professional and knowledgeable and knew right away what the problem was. I should mention that he fixed the appliances for a very very reasonable price (compared to the quotes I received from other companies). He was respectful of our home and didn't leave any mess behind. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking for a quick and easy fix of their appliances and doesn't charge a fortune for the services. Definitely my go-to from now on.

The technician came to my house and fixed everything in one visit. I didn't even realize what exactly he had done as it happened in 20 minutes.
I recommend ProfessionalCommand, their work was justified in price and was fast.

This company is horrible. Buyer beware. Do not click the link on the LG website for repair as you will get the pro team. They came, stuck their hand in my refrigerator and said it was broke. I am under warranty but they still tried to charge me over $500+ Demanded a deposit and said the part wouldnt be in for 2 weeks. So then I called LG directly who said I shouldnt be paying anything out of pocket. So I scheduled repair with LG who came with parts in hand and fixed it. Called the pro team 5x to get the refund of my deposit since they didn't do any repair but then they said they were keeping a portion of my refund for the service call that they get reimbursed for by LG!!!! DO NOT use THE PRO TEAM for any appliance repair. They are thieves!! A three year old could have stuck their hand in the freezer and say it's broke. That's what they consider a service call.

Just Plain Stole My Money and no Service was provided. Files a Complaint with the BBB which is making its way to the NY BBB. Will also be filing a civil suit. Long story short they came out and chumped up a repair charge when I already the original problem was just a spring to the dishwasher. They tried to say it was the motor ( already had two prior quotes tell it wasn’t). They took money for the fake estimate and then also money for a deposit for repair. Then there was poor communication and I had to chase them down. They refused to give me my money back and kept stalling saying they were waiting for an imaginary part. I knew they were lying because at one point they told me the part got lost and by the end of the conversation they said they would order the part (not re-order). Even if they were re-ordering, shouldn’t that have been done already? DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Awful experience, fridge couldn't be fixed. All of the parts were c9vered by my home warranty and they lied and said they weren't so I paid them and then when I found out that they were covered they agreed to refund me and ive been waiting over 2 months now. Once a week at least I call and they say next week it's coming. I'm going to better business bureau and anywhere I can to put them on blast. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. That being said the gentleman Alex who was sent here many times over the 2 months was always kind and hard working.

Extremely Disappointed - Poor Service and Unprofessional Behavior
I am extremely disappointed with The Pro Team Repair Company. It's been six months since they came to fix my refrigerator, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. It took forever for them to complete the repair; I had to constantly follow up with them for updates on when they would come and fix the issue. The first guy they sent said one issue and then they had to send someone new, further delaying the process. Throughout the process, they continuously hounded me for payment. Despite my decision to wait until I could confirm the refrigerator was working properly, they kept calling my cell phone over and over again and I paid over $3,000 to get this ordeal over with. But my fridge is still leaking!!

I reached out to them immediately, and multiple times but without any resolution. It's been incredibly frustrating trying to get in touch with them since then. I finally managed to call them again, and they promised to call me back and send the technician again.

This entire experience has been a nightmare. Not only did they fail to fix the initial problem, but their persistent calls for payment and lack of follow-up after the issue persisted is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using The Pro Team Repair Company.

I found them on Thumbtack and I was told that the diagnostic was going to be $49 and if there was a problem the $49 would have been applied towards the balance. Paul came at 2:25pm and left at 2:40. Very nice man. He fixed the stove and then he asked $163. Now, I don’t know how much a piece that fit a bag may cost but it seemed overpriced but despite that, that I many not know, shouldn’t have he said “ to repair it costs XY because I am doing XY”is it ok with you? I found shady I wasn’t warned about the price of service once the diagnostic was completed but as long as my stove works, I’ll just try to digest being overcharged. They offer 6 months warranty so hopefully all will be ok.

Had Proteam repair my washer. Right after they repaired it I did a load of was and smoke was coming out of of the washer. I called them right away was told I should just buy a new washer and they are not able to fix it. I was informed that a refund of $650+ was going to be issued within 14-17 days minus the $69 diagnostic fee which i am willing to pay. 2 months later I still have not received the refund and I have contacted them multiple times. I have submitted a dispute with my credit card and in progress. Beware! They are quick taking your money but hard to get it back even it they clearly did not fix the problem.

I had a great experience with this company! Supervisor Pole was so helpful in identifying the problem, and technician Michael was quick and efficient. In just two visits, they fixed my refrigerator, which I was already planning to throw out.
After a while (today), I had another little hiccup, but ProTeam came to the rescue! They came absolutely free and will replace the part at their own expense, even though it is a completely different problem. I was really impressed by their low prices for diagnostics and speed of work.

Do not use this appliance repair. First problem was that my part was lost in transit and they blamed the shipper. Instead of taking responsibility and providing me with a discount for my inconvenience. Also, the labor for my fix was much less than they thought but the cost did not change. I paid what they quoted and I feel I got ripped off. Never will use these guys again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Never leave negative reviews but this is my worst experience I’ve ever had with a repair person or contractor service. They have consistently been out to try to make the repair and every time they’re out here it’s a different reason as to why my fridge is broken. I could never get any accountability or move my issue forward. I’ve paid for my services already, and my fridge still doesn’t work.

I had one of there employees come the first time to take a look and get a quote . The second visit he was repairing my machine and when I went to use it , it was still not fixed so I called and obviously had him come back was trying to be understanding and then long story short I went to get a refund and they only my were able to credit me half of what I originally paid I just had no interest in working with them at this point all unprofessional they guy was at my house 4 times and had no progress and 2 weeks later didn’t even get my refund
