Our washer machine broke up during Memorial day weekend and they responded as soon as i requested their service. Yevhen came in today (Monday) and after a quick inspection he knew what was wrong, not only that but he fixed it on the spot. No doubt, they provided a professional and fast service

The repair team was in contact within 2 hours of my request and was on site for a diagnostic the next day! Incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. The dishwasher was repaired within minutes of the part arriving. Thank you pro team!

They don’t answer emails so I called to make an appointment. Appointment comes, no tech shows up. Spoke to two different representatives and NOONE ended up showing up. The man I spoke to decided to be sarcastic on the phone, so that phone recording will be sent to the BBB.

I got an appointment at the time and day I wanted. Yevhen came on time, performed diagnostics of my washer and dryer and fixed the problem. He was pleasant, very informative and efficient. My laundry was cleaned after. I will definitely recommend.

I called them to repair my dishwasher. They did the diagnostics, charged me $70 and told me the control panel has to be replaced. I agreed to this and went ahead with their service. They said they have to order the part( control panel) and in all it will take 5 business days. I was fine with this. After 4 business days when i called them, they said they will give a call back. Finally, when they didn't respond, on 5th business day i called them again to only to know that they are not able to procure the part. They said " Sorry, for the wait time" .
They uselessly kept me waiting for 5 business days and charged me $70 only to befool me in the end.

A Pro Team technician was sent to our home to repair our broken refrigerator through Choice Home Warranty. They claimed to find what was wrong with our unit and instructed us to call them the following day to see if our repair would be approved by our home warranty service.

When I called at the instructed time the person I spoke with insisted they have never been to our house before and that I have the wrong number. He then proceeded to hang up on me. When my wife tried calling he proceeded to give her the same treatment hanging up on her.

After this experience, we decided to just spend the money on a new refrigerator as piling a couple thousand dollars on our credit card for the new fridge is somehow less painful than dealing with this company and having our old fridge repaired under warranty.

Amazing service. My 3 yr old Whirlpool dishwasher gave out on me. Whirlpool was no help. These guys quickly responded. Came out on a Tuesday to diagnose. Dishwasher was working by Friday. Literally took about 20 mins to replace the defective motor. Would definitely use them again!

I would give 0 star if that was possible. They came to my house to fix our cooktop that kept ticking on a warranty claim from Choice Home Warranty. First time technician came, look into the issue and ordered parts. After 2 months came back, and worked on appliance, not only he did not fixed the issue, he disabled 2 of the burners stating also that parts that arrived was wrong and would reorder, leaving us with only 2 to use. Came back for 3rd visit, with new parts and stated that he needed to change wiring of cooktop to fix issues. After working on, he left stating that it short circuit my cooktop and that I could no longer use, and would advise Warranty company for a replacement. Same day I received a notification of closed claim stating that technician said that because we were still using cooktop, we damaged more, which at no point they stated not to use. They do not want to be held accountable, and it seems that every time jut try to add on visits to charge more. Will be reporting them to Better Business Bureau and also will be filling a claim on Court to get this reimbursed.

Alex came to our home, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed our stove in no time. He worked cleanly and was a consummate professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Have to give this new company props for being professional and returning my diagnostic fee after horrible customer service from a company they outsourced customer services to. Any company that takes a professional approach to self management gets a good review from me.

They came today Nov 16 2022, they diagnosed the issue of my dryer within 5min, they were straight up with the details. Great service, great price. Fyi pay cash. I will be using them again, their price and service is affordable and beyond professional.

We called the pro team for our dryer. They told us the would arrive between 2pm and 4pm the next day . The technician arrived at 2:45pm with shoe protection on ( very precessional). We showed him the dryer. Within minutes he had an idea of the problem told us the cost to repair and told us 6 months warranty for repairs . He had the parts ready with him (huge plus ) and within the hour our dryer was fixed and ready to work again. We are so happy with service we received and the timely fashion everything was addressed. Very highly recommended.

Had them come out and do a pricy repair on a Bertazzoni range. Clear and simple need: oven gas clicks off.

After diagnostic visit, repair visit, and 40% overpriced parts, range does exact same thing. Unsure what we paid for.

Company won’t reply or make this right. Look elsewhere for your appliance repair.
