Had them out to install a 220 plug and then back today to repair a mishap that pulled the plg out of my food truck. They were quick to get here and get it done - had to go above & beyond to get the right part for replacement, troubleshooted upon return and SAVED THE DAY for me!! All at a reasonable price! This was my first time using Roy Electric, and this is going to become my go to electrical company. They were knowledgeable, extremely helpful, polite. I was kept informed during the entire process. They went straight to work, areas were cleaned after the work. When I first called, I was asked the nature of the work, and I was given helpful information on items I may want to purchase prior to their visit, which would save me money and time. (I loved this information.) They open at 7 am, which means you can get an early appointment. The price was incredible. I was pleased with all aspects of the service. I highly recommend Roy Electric!

Roy Electric did a great job again! The company has done several electrical projects for me over the past three years including adding dimmer switches, replacing light fixtures, and problem solving of electrical issues. I had two light fixtures replaced and a dimmer switch installed today.

The team was professional and did what I consider a substantial amount of work quickly (ceiling fans, dimmer switch, surge suppressor). They asked the right questions and left me feeling good about contacting Roy Electric, LLC for my electrical needs. I will absolutely use them again.
