Ryan is the best electrical contractor I have ever worked with.

Ryan has done work in all 3 of our homes. Every time, his cost was below estimate, he showed up exactly when he said he would, and he was very clean and respectful of our home.

I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone in need of electrical work done in their home.

If you are need in of an electrician, look no further. We have hired Ryan to work on two different projects and are 110% satisfied with his work. I have never come across another contractor who was so easy to work with, had great rates, came when he said he would, completed his work on time and cleaned up after himself, every single time! He's extremely responsive and you will be completely happy with the work.

Ryan got us up an running after the storm from Ian took down a tree which ripped our panel almost completely off the side of our house. We had his number as Orkin had contracted him for some electrical work on our house earlier this year and he left us his card since we were new to the area and home ownership.

To make a long story short, we will be calling Ryan for any future need that requires an electrician. He was responsive, fast, professional, provided great quality work (old house, so we had to upgrade the panel to pass inspection before Duke would turn power back on), and pursued the city relentlessly in order to get us our inspection.

We highly recommend Ryan.

Great company! I had their technician Daniel and he was the best. I needed two extra receptacles placed in my home and he did an outstanding job. There was great communication, cleaned up after himself and did a neat and professional job. I had one placed higher up for a tv in the game room and another in the loft area in the ceiling for a projector. I even got to meet the owner. Pretty cool and chill guy. It’s a ten out of ten and I definitely recommend.

Great experience. Couldn’t ask for a nicer person to work with. Kept everything clean and got the job done quickly. Second time we have used Gianni Electric and will use in the future for any other electrical needs

Gianni Electrical did a great job for me. Gavin showed up and checked out the issue that I was having but everything checked out okay. He and I both did everything we could to duplicate the problem. But 30 minutes after he leaves the issue started again. He came back that same evening and isolated the problem. Thanks for the outstanding response. I am still in the process of acquiring quotes for electrical work I need, but I feel it is important to give a great rating for Levi who was very attentive to detail and exhibited extensive knowledge of all that would be required to get the job done with special care. He makes me feel confident in his abilities, should I choose Gianni Electric Service as my provider.

We had Alec Guarnaccia out for an issue we had. He was very friendly, engaging, professional, snd extremely helpful. He made suggestions we hadn't even considered. Turned out they were spot on snd perfect. Could not recommend this man any higher.

I contacted Gianni after a web search to repair some outside light fixtures. My experience was great. The receptionist that took my call was very friendly and pleasant. My service provider - Levi - was also friendly, helpful and informative. Service was completed with no concerns.

Great communication, advance notice prior to arrival. Alec did a great job and explained everything very thoroughly. Quick and efficient. I would highly recommend.

Gianni provided excellent service and was readily available and responsive. The electrician, Dino S., did a great job fixing the garage light fixtures. He recommended the right products and delivered high-quality work.

I'm having electrical issues with the rental house I currently live in. I called Gianni Electrical on a Friday morning to ask a few questions, and Nick was so helpful. He spent 10 min on the phone with me, patiently and politely answering my questions. I am not a paying customer, yet he treated me as if I was.
My husband and I are both Veterans. When I saw this was a Veteran owned company, I hoped they would have high standards and a level of proffesionalisim that is expected from the military. I was not disappointed. Thank you for your valuable time Nick.

Terrible experience. Do not recommend. I called them out to replace a bedroom fan with a small chandelier. I told him over the phone I didn't know if the ceiling was 12 ft or higher. He said for up to 12ft the price is $295 but didn't get a price for higher than 12ft. Before the guys even gave me a price, they told me I needed a surge protector and they would be required and they could do it for $1800. Mind you, my power company hasn't said anything about needing this. So already, they are trying to upsell me. The guys came out and measured and the ceiling was 16 ft. They went to the truck for about 30 minutes, to call their boss and came back with a price of $995!!!!! How in the world is 12ft $296 and an additional 4 ft is $700 more?!? I got 3 more quotes, all in the $400-$550 range. I ended up paying $450 for another company to come do it. Please price check, they are very high and don't even blink when they tell you a ridiculous number. Find better service elsewhere and save your precious money.

Excellent service from Dino. He was personable, knowledgeable and provided professional service while installing electrical service to a new tankless water heater. He explained our options and helped us decide what would work best for our home. We definitely recommend Gianni Electrical Service and will call them for any future electrical needs. I tried to replace a dining room light myself but ran into problems with funky wiring in my older house. Gianni was able to schedule me next day. Communication was good. Alec arrived to diagnose the issue. He was friendly and professional. He had it fixed within an hour.

Levi was professional, friendly, polite and thorough. He was even very attentive to our dogs and cats. When the guys noticed the cat kept climbing the ladder to get into the attic, they made sure the attic door was closed every time they went in or out. They are the only workers we have ever had at our house who bothered to do that. No worries about a missing cat meowing from the attic hours later! These details are important if you have pets.

Talk about superior customer service! I called Gianni on Thursday morning regarding installing a 240V 50 amp stove receptacle. I was scheduled for an appointment that same afternoon at 3pm. The electrician who came was named Alec. This young man was amazing. He was personable, polite, knowledgeable who exhibited enthusiasm for his job and attention to detail. I was provided with 2 options for my project and he thoroughly explained both. After I decided which option to go with, guess what happened?!!! Alec said he could install my receptacle now! So, this was some day service something that in today’s world just doesn’t happen.
I was provided with precise documentation of my project along with photos.
Also, this is a veteran owned company. Being a veteran myself gives me pleasure in supporting members of our military, who understand commitment and accountability.
Job well done Alec. You are a valuable asset to your trade and company.
