I’m very happy with Gianni Electrical. Dino was my technician and was very helpful and efficient when it came to replacing my recessed lighting. I have very high ceilings that required a specialty ladder and attic access. Dino replaced my lights, dimmer switch, prepped and cleaned his work space and made sure to give recommendations along the way. I would hire them again.

Alec G. was great! He communicated efficiently from the start and was quickly able to tell us the issue. The price was fair for the work competed and we are overall happy with the services received. Would definitely recommend this company, extra points if you get Alec as your tech!

Alec and Alec were great. Showed up on short notice, communicated well, diagnosed the problem, were transparent on work and price. Then knocked the work out quickly. Cleaned up the work area and did a great job. Really enjoyed working with them.

Levi did a great job updating my doorbell chime and took the time to explain everything he was doing. Will certainly hire again as needed.

Gianni was the first name the came up when I searched for an electrician in Charlotte to do a major rewiring of a 1930's house that still relied, here and there, on knob-and-tube wiring. Alec came out to do an assessment, in a tight attic and even tighter crawl space, and I was nearly incredulous at how thorough he was in these difficult places. We went with Gianni largely because of that relentlessly thorough assessment on the part of Alec and because the cost seemed reasonable. Our decision was bolstered by technical conversations with Alec and Gianni manager Jesse, who always made time to talk. The company did an outstanding job overall. And we really appreciated how they minimized damage to walls they had to put sizable holes in. This made the drywall repair work (by me) much easier.

These guys do fantastic work. They’ve come out a few times now over the last couple of years (upgrades to the panel, power for a dryer, and lots more) and we’ve been very happy with the results every time. Last week Alec and Jesse came out to take care of problems related to some really ancient wiring and they did a great job. I live in an old house and it’s a relief knowing there’s somebody reliable to call when I need some help. Thanks for getting us up and running again last week, Alec and Jesse!

As a first time customer, I was very impressed with the level of communication by text and email of appointment times, the electrician name and photo and send a notication 30 minutes before arrival. Alec G, Dino and their helpers were great to work with. They installed 3 wafer lights with a dimmer switch in the kitchen and replaced new lighting over the kitchen island, dining table and foyer. They took great care in understanding my request and answering all of my questions. They were friendly, professional and thoroughly cleaned all work areas. The experience exceeded my expectations and I will definitely use them for any future electrical needs! Thank You! :)

We’re new to the area and didn’t know who to call for electrical work and looked up a few companies. I called Gianni Electrical Service and they were very responsive. They sent Levi out to give us an estimate. He was knowledgeable, flexible, and professional when we were figuring out how to achieve a practical yet aesthetic solution to our projects. It was a big job but Levi and Federico were able to complete the job in their stated amount of time and within budget. I would definitely hire this company and Levi and Federico again.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Gianni Electrical Service from start to finish. I received a response to my initial call promptly, and made an appointment. Tiquan and Nate were the two techs who came to my home to discuss the lighting installations I wanted. They were friendly, polite, and easy to talk to. Once I described the lighting plan I desired, they clearly communicated to me how it could be done, and alerted me to possible changes that might have to be made. I found them both to be quite knowledgeable about their products. Throughout the installation process, Nate and Tiquan worked well collaboratively. They worked non-stop and intermittently, checked with me to get my approval on the positioning of the recessed lighting. When the lights were installed and the work completed, they vacuumed and were very careful to leave their work spaces clean.

Jesse was absolutely fantastic! When he got here, he went straight to work got the generator running perfectly in time for a big winter storm so that we didn’t have to worry about being without power! He explained everything thoroughly as he did it, which was a huge help because I’m a visual learner. I would recommend this guy to anyone!

I've worked with a few different electricians here in Charlotte and Gianni Electrical Service is by far the best! Great service and quality of work. Alec let me know he was on the way and he arrived on time. We discussed the job and various ways to achieve what I wanted so that I could choose how it should be done. He got straight to work and stayed until it was completed late in the evening.

Recently called Gianni for help replacing a flood light outside my house. They were great from the moment I called. They didn't give me runaround on dispatch fees or anything like that which I greatly appreciate. Alec came and was a huge help. He helped troubleshoot the best solution and offered different options for my budget. He completed the job very quickly and did an awesome job. Bought a new stove from Lowes to replace old one. Control panel didn't light up, therefore oven would not work. Lowes said it is a electrical issue in my 50yr old house. Alec came the next day and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was very courteous, professional, and likeable. On time and cleaned up after job was completed. Nothing but great things to say about Gianni Electrical and the super duo of Alec and Alec! Those guys were great! We were having GFI issues in our kitchen and bathrooms… Alec squared showed up, listened to the issues and went to work. They did a great job troubleshooting and then explaining what the problems could be. Alec created several reasonable quotes for a solution and they were even able to fix it the next day.
