Bartlett Tree Experts have been taking care of our trees and shrubs for many years, they are very professional and the arborist and supporting crew is wonderful.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Bartlett Tree Service for our HOA common area landscape, and I couldn't be more impressed! Ben Fletcher, our arborist, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. Additionally, Caedyn Fitch, recently performed root collar surgery on a prized maple tree at my residence, and the results were outstanding. Not only did he take great care in addressing the health of the tree, but he also left the property looking neat and tidy afterward. The team’s attention to detail and commitment to quality service truly set them apart. I highly recommend Bartlett Tree Service for anyone, or any Homeowner's Association looking to maintain their trees!

Can't say enough positive about this company. We have a six year-old kousa dogwood that the Lincoln County water department basically destroyed, delaying three weeks to fix a leak from the main line (on their side) at the time of the extremely low temps in Dec 2022. The tree not only suffered from the low temp, but then was swamped with extremely cold water for weeks. Bartlett is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, immediately responded to my requests, first sending out a terrific arborist to diagnose the issues and help us plan, and then sending tree trimmers. Both made sure we were making an informed decision as we try to save the tree, providing objective pros and cons, noting our chances are probably less than 25%, although we're giving it a shot anyway. One of the most responsive, professional, competent company with whom we've ever worked.

Tom was our representative and he came out (twice!) to walk our property with me and discuss our needs. He is never pushy and clearly has a passion for caring for beautiful trees. He worked with us on a quote for phase one of our extensive project and the crew that came out was phenomenal. The work they did was professional, efficient, and they cleaned up after the job extremely well. The team at Bartlett exceeded all of our expectations and we’ll be doing business with them far into the future!

These guys have done a great job on taking down the old, unhealthy trees on my property. They were careful around my neighbors’ properties which is really important as we live in a tight suburb lot. If I ever plant more trees and need them maintained, I will certainly reach out for more services!

We were very pleased with Bartlett. Tom, the rep was able to address our need to have two trees quickly removed. The crew that did the work was outstanding. They were professional, courteous and cleaned up the yard after the work was done. We interviewed three tree companies and we are glad we decided on Bartlett. We will definitely use them again.

I called Bartlett to schedule an appointment to have someone come out and look at our trees because I wasn't sure if we had a number of problems with them. Vince came out and immediately knew all the names of our trees and looked them all over in the front of our home bases and tree tops and said these were healthy but we would need to cable the tops of the one grouping and treating would be a recommendation for that also. In the back was a different story but wasn't as bad as I thought it was. I thought we were going to lose about 10 trees, but 2 were dead and 3 were on their way out. The rest are healthy. Good news for us.
Luke came out and treated out trees, such a gentlemen. He explained exactly what he was going to do, he did it, and was gone!
Bartlett makes working with them so easy. They don't try to upsell you at all. Now we are waiting for them to schedule the cabling of our tree and to cut down 5 trees.

We called Bartlett because we had a mature maple with a dead branch and we were concerned about losing our shade tree. We were able to get an appointment quickly and the arborist was professional and friendly. He was able to explain our tree problem in a way we could easily understand. The crew came on time to treat our trees, completed the job, and left our property neat and clean. We will be using Bartlett for any future tree needs and highly recommend them!

They removed a poplar tree over 120’ tall, as you can see , between my shed and fence…… no problems. Excellent crew, very professional, courteous, and safety was a big issue with them.

Very professional, punctual and sincerely interested in our property. The crew worked diligently, cleaned after their work and left our yard as if they had not been there. Several years ago, I used an alternative tree service, but learned my lesson as that company was ill prepared for the task at hand. Bartlett has the latest equipment, they are extremely safety conscious and I do not have to worry about what they are doing or why they are approaching their job as they do. They deserve high marks and a 5 Star recommendation.

After contacting Bartlett with many storm related issues, they were quick to get back to us, showed up to review the damage, sent a proposal, answered our questions and got the work scheduled quickly. The crew from New England did an amazing job and everything was cleaned up (and not left out in front of our house!). We will definitely be calling them again as there are other trees that will need to be addressed.

Our trees needed some work around the roots to expose the flares and get them healthy after we had a building project that affected them. Bartlett was quick to come out and assess the situation and came a few weeks later to take care of the trees. They did great work, and I'm grateful to know that they're close by when we encounter other concerns! Highly recommend!

The entire process for getting our damaged trees addresses was flawless. The appointment was easy to schedule, the arborist arrived as planned. He explained the most cost effective solution. The safety manager arrived on time and explained the necessary work. The crew came at the appointment time and left the yard in better condition than when they arrived. We believe that we received great service for a fair price. Bartlett is a first class company.

Tyler and his team gave great advice on what needed to be done on our property. They were timely, completed everything we wanted done and made sure we were satisfied before they finished. Need 20 year old tree structurally pruned. Aborist was very knowledgeable and friendly. Tree technicians did an excellent job and very customer focused.

The team arrived on time and did an excellent job! Cody, Jackson and Alex took down an approx 95ft tree with great care and a lot of expertise. The additional pruning was done and the clean up was great. Working with Nick up front to determine exactly what was needed made all the difference.
