Robert and team were fabulous !! We had an urgent need to remove a gigantic tree before the ice storm. They were able to remove the tree the following day by crane. Cleaned up the area nicely. Very impressed and happy with the result. Thank you so much for taking great care of us !!

Queen City Tree Service did a fantastic job removing some dead trees, trimming dead branches, and cleaning out a bunch of limbs that were on the ground. They removed 5 trees that were dead or damaged and ground them up. After they left the yard was so clean it was like they were never there.

The team was very professional and pleasant to work with. The cost of the job was very reasonable too.

It's been a pleasure working with all Bartlett staff with whom I've come in contact. Brian was professional, extremely knowledgeable regarding the treatment needed for my trees and shrubs, and very helpful and courteous. That also goes for the two-man crew doing the actual pruning; both did a great job and were very efficient and thorough. Brian and the crew chief both took time to answer my questions about my shrubs, explain what was being done, and provide recommendations. I'd also like to commend the office administrator I spoke with several times on the phone. She was helpful, efficient in answering my questions, and very professional.

We have used Barlett Tree Experts for years, both personally and at my church. They do a wonderful job at a competitive price. After they finish the job, their clean-up is great. I highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Bartlett! We had two trees we needed taken down. The wait list for someone to come give us a quote was around a month but that seemed pretty normal (I had called other companies as well). Vince came out and gave us a fair quote. I had 4 other companies give us quotes and chose Bartlett. Vince was very professional and honest. He said depending on the weather, should be out within a week or two. They would let us know the day before. The team that came out was great and super friendly. It was a man and woman. They worked from 10:30 until after 4 (with a lunch break) on NYE. It was drizzling and cold and they continued working. They were professional and had a smile on anytime they needed to talk to me. After they were done, I received a thank you note in the mail which I thought was very kind. Also, anytime I called the office, the people I spoke to were very polite and had an answer for me right away. We will definitely be using Bartlett Tree Experts for all our tree needs!

I had a great experience from start to finish. Vince came out and was very helpful and knowledgeable. You can tell he cared about the health of the trees and knew his stuff. Justine kept me in the know of the next step and was very professional. The CREW!!!! The crew was also awesome that came out to cut down a few trees and prune the remaining ones. They informed me of what was going on throughout their time with me and they cleaned up like a boss. They really took ownership and pride in their work. I could not be more happy and highly recommend Bartlett to anyone.

My husband and I had become very concerned about what was happening with some of our trees. We called Bartlett set up an appointment with Tom Lillo, who was right on time. He was terrific, explained everything causing the issues, recommended a course of action and gave us a quote. Two crews arrived shortly after, completed the work, and cleaned up the trimmings. From the first phone call to waving goodbye after the work was done, everyone was courteous, friendly and very helpful. And our trees look great. We'd highly recommend Bartlett and the folks who work there!

Nick came out and went over all of our needs and made a detailed plan. He customized it to what we need at this moment and assured us to give them a year and everything will look great! They've only been one time and I can already see blooms on dormant azaleas popping back out. I'm excited to see the health of all of our plantings come back to life! The deer treatments and proper nutrition for our plantings are just what they need!

We recently used Bartlett Tree Experts to remove a tree in our yard that was split and dangerously hung up on other trees. We had contacted several other tree services, but no one else was willing to tackle this challenging job. Everyone that we met with Bartlett was very professional. After contacting them, they quickly came to our house and gave us a fair quote. The workers who removed the tree arrived on time and promptly had the tree down and cut into pieces. They returned the next day to chip and remove it, and cleaned up completely before they left. We are very pleased with Bartlett and will be using them again!

Very happy with all of the tree care performed by Bartlett. Crews were very nice and respectful of our property. Austin Proctor also worked with the city to allow us to clean-up some dead branch concerns on a large oak tree. They made it very easy and seamless in helping get all of this done.

Vince was extraordinarily helpful in evaluating three mature oak trees on our property and setting up the pruning work. James and the entire crew who did the work were wonderful - totally professional and courteous throughout the job. We had a great experience with Bartlett on tree maintenance. The arborist walked over our property and identified all of the trees and make recommendations for pruning. The pruning crew was great and very professional and safety conscious. We use woodchips for landscaping and the crew arranged to arrive with a full load of chips which they left with us.

I recently noticed a broken limb in a
large tree on my property; I was concerned that the limb could cause serious damage to my house. The Bartlett Tree arborist was able to squeeze me into his schedule the day after I called the office, notwithstanding the fact that the local office was very busy because of recent severe storms. There was a crew working in my neighborhood the day the arborist came by and they were able to do the tree work the same afternoon—I was relieved to get the work done before another summer thunderstorm. I appreciate this superior service!

Bartlett and its professionals first diagnosed my dead cherry tree which was more of an emotional exercise. Next a crew of three were dispatched and over a mere 45 minutes removed trunk, limbs and cleaned up better than on arrival.
