Robert and his team were absolutely amazing. Despite a very busy time of the year, they were able to come very quickly to both remove two fallen trees, as well as take care of some very long overdue maintenance. I’m also educated and armed to better take care of my trees going forward. I’ll be hiring Queen city for my maintenance going forward and recommend them to everyone!

The crew did a quick job of assessing the trees and coming back to complete the pruning. They went the extra mile and blew everything off the gutters and the porch and patio that were below the tree as well. They’ll be my first call for any future needs.

We had an excellent experience with Queen City Tree Service. Robert and his crew did a beautiful job removing a number of high, large limbs that were damaging our roof and pruning another tree back that had overgrown. They cut just the right amount to do what was needed while keeping it looking natural with the tree’s growth. They were also quick to work us into their schedule, had a fair quote, and did quality work with a complete clean up. I will call them again for future needs!

Service could not have been better. I called Robert on Wednesday, he examined the tree on Thursday and it was removed the following Monday. Work was comprehensive and neat.

From start to finish, Queen City Tree Service was exceptional. I would give 10 stars if offered. Going forward, this is the only tree service I will use. Their willingness to answer questions and make sure the job was done right, is unmatched, and they cleaned up so well, it looked as if they hadn't been here. Queen City Tree Service did a fantastic job pruning my Crape Myrtle tree. We were so worried about it losing its gorgeous shape and foliage but they did a great job. Kevin the project manager was professional and easy to talk to. The guys came, trimmed the tree and cleaned the front yard so fast! I will be recommending them to everyone I know who need a Crape Myrtle trimmed or any other tree work!

The company took down an 80 foot tree next to our fence line in a professional and safe manor. However, our price included the removal of the tree from the property but when winter came and all the leaves were down we discovered that a large percent of the tree had been cut up and left on our wooded property behind the house. You can see the stumps as well as the branches in the attached photo. We attempted to contact them multiple times via both text and phone but never received a response back.

We also wanted a second tree taken down at the time that was overhanging our pool. We were told it had poison oak so they treated it so it could be taken down in the future. However, even if we weren't frustrated with them not fulfilling the original work, we wouldn't have gone back to them for the second tree because they made us feel guilty for wanting to take down a healthy tree. We really don't want to either but it makes a mess in our pool that we recently built. That should be our choice as to what we want to do with no judgment from them.

I’d hire them again! Professional uniformed workers showed up on time, in clean company vehicles, took down a huge dead pine tree, cleaned up all debris and left my front yard looking great. Great communication with the owner on all pricing, no surprises or up selling. Well done!

Queen City Tree service did a wonderful job trimming several trees and removing dead ones from our property. I got several quotes and they were right in line with the others, but were much more responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Robert and his crew were excellent! They quickly took care of my tree removal and stump grinding as requested with no issues. Went above and beyond with their level of service, including clean up. I’d definitely use them again!

Robert and his employees arrived on time, were extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. All affected trees, branches and limbs were removed and hauled to their truck. The area where the trees were removed was raked and all small debris was cleaned up.

Recently had a very large tree removed from my backyard. Crew showed up timely and took the necessary means to protect the property prior to starting. Stayed all day working seamlessly together. Cut and stacked as wood as I chose to keep. Mulched quite a bit and again left a good bit for me use around the yard. They cleaned up the yard nicely at the end and put back everything as it was. I highly recommend Queen City Tree Removal.

Amazing experience from start to project end. Robert from Queen City Tree Service assessed the damage from a large fallen tree branch on a Saturday afternoon. Quoted me a very reasonable price for removal of the massive branch and pruning the rest of the tree. His crew showed up on Monday and did a great job and left the work site clean. Really appreciate the fast response and great work. Absolutely recommended!!

Super professional and experts at all things trees! They took out a large pear tree and ground the stump. The crew was prompt, talked me through everything, and then perfectly dropped and cleaned up the tree and stump. They checked with me multiple times to makes sure I was good with the final results. They cleaned up everything like they had never been there. I highly recommend this business and their crews!

10/10 - they pruned a big oak and cut down 3 other trees including stump grinding. Couldn’t ask for better service and at a really good price. They also did an amazing job with the cleanup and protecting our lawn. They were the quickest to respond to my inquiry and I’m glad since we’ll be going back to the with any tree services we need in the future.

Queen City tree removal was great! They came out to give a quote same day, were reasonable with pricing and got us on the schedule the following week. They were punctual, quick and cleaned up everything great. All of the employees were so kind. First time ever getting a tree removed, but will be using Queen City for all of our future work!

We had a very large, leaning red oak tree removed this week and I can't say enough about the quality work we received from Queen City Tree Service. The crew was professional, on time, and did an amazing job removing the tree. They ground the tree into mulch and placed it neatly where I asked them to so I could put it out later, and cleaned the area to where you cannot tell they were ever here. I will definitely be using their services again in the near future. Excellent experience.

Excellent! From the getting an estimate and looking at my trees around my home to understand my concerns and answer my questions, to getting it scheduled, and the work done- great experience! The whole crew did a fantastic and professional job at a very reasonable price. Queen City Tree removed a behemoth of a tree right by my house (and more) and it was all hands on deck, even the owner working right along with them. They have all the top gear and were on time, very polite, thorough and cleaned up after themselves well. I was very pleased! Highly recommend this great group.

Queen City Tree Service did a wonderful job in trimming and thinning two large white oak trees. The trees are over 20 years old and were never trimmed. It was amazing to watch the men climb the trees and remove the dead branches. They also removed an old Cedar pine encroaching on the house. They did a great job in cleaning up and taking away all the debris. They were reasonably priced, on time and delivered exactly as promised. I would highly recommend.
