I had Bartlett take down a 130' Loblolly Pine with 155" circumference, and they did an excellent job! What's even better is they didn't damage my deck (3' away) or my fig tree (only a few feet away) when taking down the canopy pieces. When they fell the tree, they expertly laid it down between a large tree and some shrubs. No harm done to home or fauna! I highly recommend!

Vince came by on 10/7 to get a look at the tree in my front yard. I was told by my lawn service that the size of the tree was affecting the problem I was having getting grass to grow (not enough sunlight coming through). Vince agreed and warned that, in addition, I run the risk of damage to my home. I have lived in my home for 15 years and never had the tree pruned. I am so pleased with the outcome after "Team Edgar" performed the service today (10/18)! I have provided before and after photos. What a remarkable difference! I know my grass will appreciate me for this!

Finally, a tree service in Charlotte that is professional and trustworthy. We rely on them to keep the 260 year old White Ash (referred to as My Big White Ash) in our backyard healthy and strong. They treat it against the Emerald Ash Borer and have cabled its massive limbs to prevent breakage. I told my sales rep "this is Bartlett's tree, now" because we rely on them exclusively for its care. Their services are professional and reasonably priced. They share the same awe, wonder and reverence for it that we do, and that is so important to us.

Bartlett’s arborist was a very knowledgeable and honest professional. He discussed the most cost efficient and effective process for pruning several overgrown Junipers to maintain their beauty and life expectancy. He also discovered premature diseased Crêpe Myrtles and provided recommendations for scheduling and treatment.
The Individual pruning the Junipers was thorough and performed an excellent job. We completed an inspection and he cleaned the entire area prior to leaving.

Brian Frierson and Barltett Trees have been taking care of our trees for 7 years, since moving to Denver area. Very professional, always on time and send helpful reminders of tree care, etc. Our trees are healthy and beautiful. Bartlett also provides pest control and fertilization of trees.

We could not be more pleased with the service we received with Bartlett. All members of the team with whom we interacted were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and timely at each stage, from the initial consultation to the completion of the project. The crew arrived on time (actually early) each day and followed the agreed upon plans to the letter. We had several large trees pruned. A main concern was a massive pine with large branches extending over our children’s rooms in our house which could be potentially hazardous during a storm. Those particular limbs were removed expertly without endangering or damaging the home, and the crew even coordinated the efforts with our neighbors. The entire tree was inspected to ensure health. Very well done. I highly recommend Bartlett for any tree needs.

Bartlett service was exceptional. They communicated well, arrived on time, efficient in cutting down the tree. They cleaned up the street, side walk, there was no evidence that a tree was cut down, only the remaining stump. They were very professional and pleasant. Forgot to mention the price was right. Fantastic experience hiring Davey Tree for removal of two trees, clearing some huge dead limbs out of other trees, and cleaning up limbs that had broken/fallen from storm damage. Colton Griffiths, was the Arborist who first came out to my property to determine which trees should have some limbs removed, and also determined majority of my trees were healthy (gave me peace of mind since many are very close to my house). The crew who came out to do the work were Daniel, Jose, Alan, Zach, and Garrett. They were professional, friendly, and did a great job tackling all of it in one day. One tree they removed was absolutely massive, but they did great taking it down bit by bit and controlling where each piece came down at. They cleaned up any areas that had leaf debris from their work and even used a blower to clean off driveway and sidewalk! My property looks great! Peace of mind now knowing that the big/heavy limbs that were eventually going to drop, were taken out before any damage could occur to home or property. I highly recommend you giving Davey Tree of Charlotte, NC, a call if you're wanting your trees looked at by a Certified Arborist, or need limbs/trees removed.

As always the Davey crew did an outstanding job! Daniel, Jose, Alan and Garrett, went above and beyond to make our yard look beautiful! Our trees and large landscaping needed so much cutting and pruning. The crew made sure to ask exactly what we were looking for, and it looks great!

A mature Weeping Cherry was too close to the foundation of our house and pool and we suspected its roots of undermining them, so we called Davey Tree. Matthew and his brother came right out, looked at the situation, agreed that the tree could be causing problems now or might in the future, and gave us a quote to take it down. In a few days, Matthew's brother and a guy, originally from Idaho, came out to do the work. They consulted with each other as, piece by piece, they carefully climbed and took down the tree without as much as touching the house, roof, pool equipment, bushes, or pool deck below! All this while my husband watched the whole process at a safe distance on the pool deck. They left a nice stump, even with the ground, to put a big pot on until the stump disappeared because a stump grinder wouldn't be feasible in that tight space. They then cleaned up all of the debris at the site and used their chipper to grind up the tree parts in our driveway. Then they cleaned up the driveway! These guys are true professionals! When they drove off we were left with a pristine, peaceful garden as if nothing had ever happened there. This is why we trust Davey Tree: We don't have to worry about any aspect of the job. They handle everything.

Today, Zach,jase & kadin trimmed our trees . Zach leads a very professional group of guys. Communicated throughout their time here. Cleaned up. Very enjoyable to have these guys service our trees. This is the 2nd time Davey tree trimmed the trees. Zach was here both times.

We've been working with Davey Tree for a number of years, and have always had great service. They recently removed some overgrown Leland Cypress and limbed up the hardwood trees. The team as always was professional, they worked hard to ensure the long term health of the trees, and appreciate their care when removing the debris.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Davey Tree! Matt was friendly, knowledgeable and professional when he came out to give us a quote and his team that did the work were the best! We had 4 large cedar trees removed and 2 huge willow oaks pruned and the canopy raised. The guys did an awesome job and performed above and beyond what was expected. They cleaned up the yard so well, you would never know they were there (except of course for the missing trees!) We are extremely satisfied with our experience with Davey Tree and would gladly recommend them to anyone, for any size job!

This is the third time Davey Tree has removed one of our trees, they are amazing.They were efficient, took care of the area with an excellent job of clean-up. Davey responded quickly to my call after a large portion of a tree fell onto my house, creating a huge hole through my roof and attic, and blowing out the roof covering our porch. Matt arranged for a crew to come the next day with the proper equipment to handle the trunk, branches and debris without further damage to my home. Zach, Alan and Justin did an awesome job of securing the trunk and then removing the damaged section carefully. Power lines were tight, the tree trunk large but they handled it all with professionalism and skill. All of the parts were quickly chipped, they even raked my yard to get the smallest branches. as a bonus, they were competitively priced as well. I will definitely be having them back out to do a thorough assessment of our remaining trees to try and prevent this from being an issue in the future.

Super inconsiderate. Out behind my house at 6am in Statesville, instigating my dogs. Would never use this company myself after watching them chain smoke in the truck and almost take out my fence
