Matt did a great job servicing our 2 fireplaces. He got them both looking like new and running smoothly. He took the time to explain everything he did, with pictures along the way. He was polite, courteous, and quite professional- cannot recommend him highly enough.

Adam came out for a sweeping and inspection of our fireplace on our new 1960s home. He was very friendly and super thorough with explaining the shape it’s in and the best options to serve us. He turned around a quote extremely fast with the different options that we are interested in, and I now feel better equipped to make a decision based on all of his help. Highly recommend!

First I was sent a heads up text as well as a phone that that the team was en route and gave me an estimated time of arrival-good stuff. Once they arrived they got to work after a brief conversation. Upon completion of the inspection/cleaning the team answered some questions about us installing a gas insert and then headed on to their next appointment. Keep up the good work.

He explained all of the issues that need to be addressed in my 99yr old fireplace and chimney, which was to be expected. Coating of chimney crown was supposed to be on Wednesday but they had sn opening this afternoon and the techs arrived promptly and were finished in about 30 minutes. Very happy eith communication, promptness and work performed.

Technicians were great. Their professionalism met my expectations. They enjoyed working with each other and worked quickly and efficiently. They are two guys that we would welcome back to our house anytime.

Brandon was amazing! He did an in depth inspection and shared what was needed for our chimney. We had a scam company come out before and give us a lot of false information and I am so glad we called Owens. Don’t call anyone else unless you want to get scammed and lied to about your chimney.
