I was actually pleasantly surprised by the level of service this company provided. I’m used to being let down by service companies but Owens was flawless. It was hard to get an appointment but worth the wait. I guess that’s a sign they are in demand. If you are looking for a top tier experience, these are your guys.

Taylor, Cameron & Steve were fantastic! My electric fireplace was installed, fit perfectly and no mess or stress! Owens was great to deal with from start to finish.

My experience with Owens Chimney was great from start to finish. The office staff that took my calls and scheduled my appointments were both cheerful and professional. Daniel, my technician, was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem I was having, and upon the return visit had my gas fireplace working great and looking better than ever. Highly recommend Owens!

I scheduled the service believing I was having a tech come try the fireplace and determine it was never going to work again. I was figuring the logs would be removed so I could sell the house. Adam came, he saw and he conquered. After doing a major cleaning etc he was able to get the log set operating and looking like new. We had not used the logs in 15 years. Great Job by Adam who was also very professional and friendly.

This is the only company I would call if any further work is needed on my gas fireplace. The communication was excellent, the technician arrived exactly on time and was extremely polite and professional. I had previously called another company that I thought was supporting veterans it turned out they not only did nothing but was a completely different business. Beware of subcontractors. Owen’s is the best, I highly recommend this company.

If you have a fireplace YOU must have the Owen’s crew inspect, clean and repair! This company is the most professional, courtesy, knowledgeable and superior fireplace company I have ever dealt with. From the inspection, multiple page report with photographs and detailed descriptions, to the cleaning. My inspection revealed multiple problems with my 50+ aged fireplace. Cameron was sent to perform the repair. I want to mention that this young man was in his A+ game. Cameron went above and beyond, was extremely detail oriented, knowledgeable, professional and patient in diligently addressing all issues. I am so so satisfied with the results and will ONLY use Owen’s for any and all of my future fireplace needs, including annual inspections and maintenance. Bravo to Owen’s and Cameron for exceeding my expectations.

Robert has been our technician for two years now. He is personable and knowledgeable. He came out this past week on a same day appointment b/c our pilot light went out spontaneously. He explained to us why it went out and patiently answered all of our questions about our unit, this is a new house for us so we are not familiar with the fireplace. He is friendly with our dog and noticed how tall our youngest son was from his visit last year. I would highly recommend Robert from Owens.

Highly recommend Owens Chimney!! Robert and Ian thoroughly serviced our gas log fireplace and diagnosed the issue we were having with our fire not staying lit. For now the thorough servicing has resolved that issue. They sent us an estimate for part replacement if the problem resumes.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Extremely professional, efficient, and exceptional quality. Highly recommend!

For everyone including Subcontractors be careful doing business with JLK Mechanical
they don’t pay you when you doing work for them as a subcontractor they will make you due work for them and after you complete your project they never answer your emails or calls because they don’t want to pay they like to used other companies to make money and not pay them

5PM on a Friday afternoon - 95 degrees outside - AC fails - and I have 10 guests (don't ask) staying overnight. Started calling anyone who would answer the phone. JLK did. Tech shows up about an hour later - fixes the issue - back in service. No late charge (which I would have GLADLY paid).

Great service! These guys were there on a holiday weekend, single digit temps and had heat to our house quickly. Repaired our 12 year old Trane system, very reasonable. Highly recommended...

This is the best customer service I ever had from a Ac comp. our unit had stopped working and I CALL THE OFFICE AT 5:15 PM thinking I would be leaving a msg to my surprise someone answered and got right on the situation with in 15 minutes had a call back and in less than a hour I had a tyler at my door he got right to the problem fixed it within a half hour. he was very knowledgeable of the problem He saved me a ton of money from one of those BIG SHOT COMPANY yOU KNOW WHO!! great service honest people and local company big 10 stars
