Jason whom came in last minute to finish the job and get it over the finish line was amazing. His knowledge and drive is second to none. Sure they aren't the cheapest but they are the best. Gateway is the best general contractors in triangle area. They built our Green level Animal Hospital . Pete and Alex were amazing and made sure everything was done right and on time. They were very transparent with pricing and the construction was completed before the estimated time that was given to us. I definitely plan to work with them again.

They completed a vapor barrier installation. High quality work and gave us the results we expected , I highly recommended them!

I chose Cocreation's for a laundry area relocation, master bedroom, bathroom and hallway addition to one of my mother's home's as she lives out of state. The project was completed ahead of schedule despite a couple of setbacks from the town due to the Covid-19 restrictions. Nick is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, transparent and professional....you can tell he knows his stuff. I have a very demanding job and prefer to do the bulk of my shopping online due to lack of time in my daily schedule. Ana handles the design aspects and was able to accommodate me by doing this 'virtually' for which I was extremely appreciative! (Yes, I'm a millennial 😁)

Nick's shining star here is his project manager Josh. I'm an avid DIY person but 'adulting' has gotten in the way. I work from home and he respected/valued my time. Never made me feel rushed to answer things and would always provide options while thinking of creative ways to keep things within budget while still maintaining a great quality look.
Everything came out great!
Now I just have to finish furnishing it before my mother comes to visit!

This year I decided it was time to do some major remodeling on my home that I had been considering for a very long time. From the time that I initially contacted CoCreations and spoke with Nick I felt I was in the right place. He came out to the house and together we discussed the things that I wanted to have done. After some suggestions from Nick and discussion of my budget, we settled on a plan and the project began soon after. Ultimately, I had a new addition built on the back of home which included a family room and new screened in porch. But much more than that, I added in multiple home maintaince projects that I had been putting off for years (new roof, new sky lights, new gutters, refinished all the hardwood floors in my home, expanded my laundry/pantry area) and the list goes on. All of this major work required having to move out of my home for 4 months, but it was the right thing to do. Nick gave me a time line of 4 months for the work to be done, and very importantly, that's when the project was completed and I was able to move back in. I have never had a major project completed in the promised time line before and this was hugely impressive especially given the pandemic delays on materials, etc. My project manager, Josh was readily available to me for any questions, issues, or changes that I wanted to make along the way. He always assured me that he could make things just to my liking and that I would be satisified with the work done. He was absolutely right about that. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience of working wth the folks at CoCreations. I do have a full kitchen remodel that I will get done within the next year or so and I will definately be contracting that work with CoCreations.

I love supporting small businesses because the quality of their work is above the rest! This is definitely the case with Co-creations and their team is excellent, thorough, and attentive to all the details. Construction and design is not an easy process, but Ana is such a pleasure to work with!

We had a great experience with CoCreations - renovated our kitchen, master bath, upstairs bath, half bath, laundry area, and outdoor shed. It was a lot, but they had everything major done within 4 weeks. Quick communication and lots of attention paid to detail. Everything turned out beautifully and we will definitely use them again for further projects we are planning.

Fantastic business model. We used CoCreations for a gut bathroom remodel and new laundry room. Nick and Ana are talented, efficient, and honest. You will simply not find a better contractor/design team to work on your home.

The company has a lot of integrity and pride in their work and it shows. We're so pleased with the results-- we would absolutely use them again!

CoCreations did a home addition for us in 2022, and we couldn't be happier with the result. Our expectations were exceeded in the finished addition. From the start, they understood our vision, maybe better than we did. They kept us informed, were very responsive, and were quick to address anything we had concerns with. The price was fair, the workplace was kept organized and clean the entire time of the construction, and the timeline was reasonable. If we do another home renovation or addition, they will be the first call for sure.
