We had a great experience working with Co-Creations on our kitchen remodel. Nick and Ana were patient, creative, and responsive, and Josh was an efficient and considerate project manager. We signed up with them in early January, demo was end of January, and the remodel (new cabinets, counters, backsplash, floors, lighting, paint...) was completed two weeks later. Every day of this stay-at-home order I’ve been grateful that Co-Creations delivered a beautiful kitchen for us so quickly! We would definitely work with them again on future design and construction projects!

It was a pleasure to work with CoCreations on my recent addition. They made every aspect of the design and build process easy, and I appreciated their promptness and openness in addressing questions and concerns as they came up. I felt like they were generally pretty straightforward with me in all my communications with them. I'd particularly like to call out John, the site lead, and Sacha, the interior selections person. Sacha helped me find some really incredible tiles, granite, and paint colors, and John oversaw the day to days of construction with calm and grace. But really, everyone there is great. I'd definitely recommend them.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new place. From our first conversation with Nick and Isabelle about creating an attached one bedroom apartment we knew we had the right company. Working with Sacha was amazing! She provided options for the kind of appliances we wanted, met with us to select flooring, tiles, granite fixtures! Everything looks wonderful and we couldn't be happier! John is an excellent project manager and kept us informed every step of the way. Every member of the crew was friendly and took such care of our home. We wouldn't hesitate a second to utilize them again. We are grateful!

Design/Builder for my accessory dwelling (garage addition and upstairs unit/apartment with deck) attached to my son's home in Durham. Great group to work with. Excellent project management and interior design/selection staff. Timely completion and best of all the end result - stunning quality and workmanship from all of the contractors - carpentry, tile, flooring, counters, paint, finish work. Would highly recommend this group.

Nick and Ana did amazing work on my home remodel. We started with ideas and discussions on what would work and would be good. I hired them with a design contract and we went through the process of features, sizes, colors, patterns and such. We had a few meetings at tile and counter stores to pick the materials.

Ana has incredible skill at guiding to choose materials, colors, and patterns that matched a theme and worked well together. I had a couple of ideas that (in hindsight) would not have worked well. She explained what effect it would have, then let me realize that I wouldn't like that.

Working with Nick shows that he's done this before and understands what it will take to get results within a budget. We created line items of major features I wanted, then he let me prioritize what to do based on my wants and budget. His best talent here is his ability align the people and parts to come together at the right time. He didn't start the demolition until everything was lied up. So rather than a partially done kitchen for months, the entire project was done in less than a month. He even had the workers setup a small food prep area in the living room. The demolition was on a Wednesday and the base counters were installed on Friday.

I'm very happy with the process and thrilled with results. It was a great experience co-creating with them and I plan to work with them for more remodeling in the future.

We selected Co-Creations after an exhaustive search process for our project. The project included a significant expansion of our living space, an expansion and upgrade of our screened porch, complete renovation of our bathrooms and replacement of all of our interior doors. From the design, engineering, permitting, demolition and construction activities the team at Co-Creations performed with professionalism and diligence to complete our project. Our next door neighbors were adding an elaborate porch to the front of their home. CoCreations was the contractor. I noticed how professional they were and attention to detail they were. The site supervisor was there every day and oversaw the operation. Everything was smooth and clean. No trash or pieces laying around. I approached Nick and asked him if he could look at my deck, which was over 20 years old and an eye sore. I hated it and hardly ever went out on it. He looked at the deck and immediately came up with ideas on which way to proceed. Things I never thought of. He completely redid everything { still using part of the old deck}. The transformation was amazing. We use the deck every day.

We had a great experience working with the owners, Nick and Ana, and their team to remodel our master bathroom. They were super reliable and communicative through the whole process. Our remodel included the usual bumps and minor set backs that happen with any construction and they handled everything with swift action and professionalism. I really appreciated all the attention to detail and help making selections along the way. Can't say enough good things about them, they're solid folks who stand by their word and their work. I'd happily use them again and recommend them to all.

We just finished our work with CoCreations that included an addition to our home, a screened in porch, a redo of our kitchen island and a creation of a "drop zone" to organize our home and include more storage. We had a very clear vision of what updates we wanted including inspirational pictures, specific dimensions and a "check list" of what the project needed to satisfy to be worth the cost and discomfort of living through a renovation.

CoCreations made our vision come a reality and their staff was dedicated to completing all aspects of our project to our complete satisfaction.

The staff at CoCreations are the real gem here- the architect (Isabelle) was savvy and knowledgeable at her job and so patient with multiple (multiple) requests to go back and forth between what we wanted and what is structurally possible. She is not only a rock star at her profession but a pleasure to work with and very responsive. We would 100% request to work with her with any future work. The designer, Sasha, was also fantastic to work with. She had a good sense of style and what is "on trend" that will last and what won't- and would give opinions and options when asked for, but also didn't push her sense of style on ours by any means. She is a color extraordinaire! We had a hiccup with our kitchen counter and she was dedicated to ensure it was resolved and stayed on top of it, communicating with us along the way and made sure it was 100% right. There was one point in which she helped us to make a quick yet vital design decision with our built-ins that ended up making the room go from looking good to looking amazing, with no extra cost- just what you would want a designer to come in and do! Our Project Manager, John, was stellar. He was calm, communicative, on site often (and as requested) and dedicated to get the details just right. His ability to manage all the subcontractors and us demonstrated just how good his communication skills were- but he also has the actual tactical skills to come in and fix things himself. We never had to worry if someone was going to show up or not, and the work was done FASTTTTT. We were in such great care with Isabelle, Sacha and John. There were other staff at CoCreations (Josh and Brittany) that we also connected with more peripherally - they were knowledgeable, pleasant and problem solving oriented.

This was our first real experience with full on construction project and our project stayed on time and within budget- which compared to most stories we hear surely make this a 5-star execution of the project from CoCreations. I do suggest in working with them to ask for a good understanding of which points in the project are comfortable to live through and which aren't (i.e. floor finishing fumes) and not relying on color matching to get the colors just right- this was trickier than we thought and can hold up other parts of the project if you have to try to color-shop to try and match something.

Overall, an excellent team to work with that we would recommend them and work with again!

(2022) After our excellent bathroom remodel (see review below), we called CoCreations back to renovate the rest of our home. We did everything: new flooring and paint throughout, remove popcorn ceilings, update 1 full and 1 half bath, update whole kitchen, all plumbing fixtures updated, designed and created some built-in cabinets and shelving in two rooms, created French doors, and more. All details were seen to, all questions answered, great communication on any delays and changes. The designer (Sacha) was terrific, and our project manager (Josh) got it all done while staying in communication when we needed him. We are thrilled with the quality of everything.

(2020) We needed a bathroom update and decided to replace everything but the tub. CoCreations designed a beautiful bathroom for us, guiding us in our selections of tile, flooring, and countertops, and explaining the variety of materials and choices very well. They respected our needs and wants and were gracious about our requests and some changes to the plan. Communication was always prompt and excellent, everything was finished on time, and with very high quality.

It was a pleasure working with CoCreations Construction & Design! We hired them to finish our basement, and the results exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, they were upfront and honest about the costs and were budget-mindful throughout the process. Sacha made the process of selecting finishes easy by only providing a few choices to decide between. It was much easier than thumbing through catalogs! The items that pushed us a little over budget were price increases on some selections and change orders that we added during the process that weren't included in the original contract. The entire team, including the subcontractors, was incredibly professional and polite throughout the entire process. They worked efficiently, communicated clearly, and truly cared about the quality of their work. Our basement looks fantastic, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would recommend CoCreations for any large home project and would definitely use them again!

The CoCreations team was very helpful in guiding me through the design and selection process for turning an inherited house into a rental property. They were extremely helpful in helping me to determine which items were crucial upgrades, and which items were the best value to help stay within my budget. Their redesign of the kitchen layout helped to dramatically increase the usable kitchen space, and help to modernize the house!

We loved working with this company. The communication was good, excellent design sense, strong sense of accountability to make things right, the work moved quickly, and the finished product is so gorgeous. We are so happy with it. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.
