We were extremely pleased with the bathroom renovation that CoCreations did for us. The new bathroom is beautiful and functional, and everyone who sees it loves it. It was also a pleasure to work with Nick and Ana. They were very prompt and responsive. Everything happened when they said it would, at the price they quoted us. We also did this renovation while I had two small boys under four. I was worried about the boys getting into everything, but CoCreations cleaned everything at the end of each day and put everything away. I cannot recommend them enough.

Cocreations helped turn my our out dated house into a stunning home! I interviewed about 6 well known durham contractors and by chance came across cocreations. They stuck to their timeline which was extremely important because we had to move out of the house with two babies during renovation. They also exceeded our expectations for attention to detail and customer service. They made us feel like we were their only clients but they actually had other clients at the same time. They also gave their honest opinion about a design idea that I had and gave me a better idea- that saved me a lot of money and looks way better! I really loved working with them and you should hire them right now.

We really enjoyed working with Sacha and Josh. Both were patient and open to all our ideas and guided us through the process. The process was great and we valued the opportunity to collaborate on design and layout from the beginning.

After several years of being frustrated with my kitchen and trying to make it work, I gave up and started looking for people who could help with its remodel. I tried several groups but the thing that drew me to co-creations at the outset was the fact that they came to my house and gave me ideas and information after standing in my kitchen and hearing my frustrations. A few days later we sat down in earnest and formulated a plan.

Because of the long back order issue, it took a while to get started but once it did, it took only 7 weeks to complete the project. The project was coordinated by project manager Josh who was always on top of things and kept me informed of the schedule. He was great. Sacha was my day to day design/contact person who always made time for whatever concern I had. She helped me make decisions each step of the way and is an invaluable asset of the company. Really the only glitch was some unexpected expenses which came at a very inopportune time for me. Without that issue, I would say my satisfaction is at 100%. In the end, I love my kitchen and I wish I had renovated sooner!

Co-Creations earned my HIGHEST recommendation. From the beginning I knew I was working with people who knew what they were doing and would be honest and forthcoming.

We had a tight budget, and a growing family. Co-Creations created the space we needed by removing a load bearing wall while ensuring the necessary support (I didn’t think it was possible either folks, but it is!). Then they designed kitchen space and storage that enables my whole family to gather together for dinner.

Nick met with me first to look at the space. He was encouraging and helped me make the decisions that best suited our family. Then we met Ana who made sure I would be perfectly pleased with every last detail. Let me tell you - Nick and Ana are two people you want to become your best friends. They’re kind, honest, smart, and so fun!! Then we worked with Josh who is the project director. He made sure we had the best of the best subcontractors from doing engineering support, to the best backsplash. He kept us up to date every step of the project and made everything we wanted/needed happen just right. Josh is so kind and good humored.

We had them add an outside patio, too! It’s been our perfect place to sit by the fire and watch our kids play on the swing set.

Everything is top quality. We feel like we made the best decision and this is from someone who always has buyers remorse. None here. They’re the best for projects big or small. We can’t wait to screen in our back porch and remodel our bathroom (after the kids get a little bigger!).

CoCreations designed and built our covered front porch. The addition changed the whole look of the house and finally made the house complete. Nick, Ana, and their team are attentive, thorough, and transparent at every step in the process. While more expensive than some contractors, we could not be happier with the results. Work was done fast with minimal delays. Josh, our project manager, was on site nearly everyday and was on call for us around the clock. When the project was complete, they did a final walk through and fixed every tiny imperfection, even ones we hadn't noticed. Highly recommend. We will use them again for every major project.

We asked a lot of CoCreations; we wanted a big project done well on a tight budget. We're happy to say they were able to deliver in every aspect! They helped us create a design that met all our families needs, and they were able to complete the build quickly despite the project starting at the same time of the coronavirus pandemic.

They were fantastic and easy to work with for our kitchen and laundry room remodel. My wife and I have just moved into our home, a full new construction build by CoCreations. We began with a tree-filled lot and were lucky to find Nick early on. He is knowledgeable and honest, with a background in electrical work, he knows the profession from starting as a tradesman to now owning his own company. He and wife Ana got us onboard with their patient communication and great attitudes. We provided some parameters, and they worked with us to design the blueprint. Josh managed the build on-site and Andrea covered design aspects and finishes. From tree clearing to move-in, we were in the weeds and saw the house step-by-step almost every weekend. Having seen many construction sites and done safety inspections for a living, this was far and away the cleanest and best organized site I’ve been around. Each phase started and finished on time, nothing piecemeal or scattered. Area cleaned and unused materials removed promptly. They obviously care about quality and consistency and it shows in the habits maintained on site by the company and all subs used. These habits give us confidence in the quality of the finished product we have even in areas we may not be able to see. Communication was good with all members we interacted with, and they went the extra mile to meet and exceed our requests, even when we made changes along the way during the build. Everything is customizable, you can choose as many or as few details of the project as you’d like, or they will give creative solutions if you aren’t sure.

Nick, Ana and Co-Creations did a full house remodel for us on a 1950s home. So much needed to be done from structural repair to changing the floor plan to adding an addition and their work was phenomenal. Communication between Nick, Ana and their foreman Josh was always open, honest and they never made me feel as if I was a bother. The whole team helped answer questions when I was lost, Josh made our ideas come to life while also making sure everything was completed to my satisfaction and Ana’s design skills helped to give us a beautiful kitchen, the bathroom of my dreams and wonderful colors to work with in and out of my home. Nick always made sure to check in and confirm that I was pleased with decisions, work and progress and even called a month after move in to make sure we were still completely happy. I can’t recommend them enough to anyone needing any work done on their home!

We used CoCreations for a major kitchen renovation project. We had CoCreations design and build a small addition on our house in 2023, including a bedroom and bathroom. They were great to work with from start to finish. The owner Nick takes an "under-promise and over-deliver" approach that is refreshing in this industry where costs and delays have both gone up quite a bit in the past few years.
