He installed a new kitchen faucet, cleaned the area when finished, and took the time to tell me about a cost saving warranty for parts should I ever need them. Shelton was amazing. We had an upstairs toilet leak right before we went out of town. Shelton came out and replaced an internal gasket that caused the toilet to run, tested everything and just told us to keep an eye on it. I got back from work that evening and saw a smaller water spot re-appear on the ceiling. I called him the next morning and he came back out and replaced the wax seal at the base. And, he didn’t even charge us to come back out and replace additional parts. Super smooth transaction and communication. Fair pricing. Only does work that is necessary. Super friendly, can’t recommend more. Great experience.

Had an emergency plumbing issue which would have been difficult for me to repair. Shelton arrived within 30-45 minutes then fixed the shower issue within a couple of hours. He was responsive, focused, and did excellent work. All for a reasonable cost for an emergency situation.

Honest, fast, and reliable! The saying goes, your emergency isn’t everyone else’s emergency, but at Shelton Plumbing they make you feel like it’s their emergency too. I was having an issue with the water heater, and my call was answered right away. I wasn’t upsold anything, and they even took the time to explain what was actually going on so I might be able to prevent future issues. Trustworthy and professional. They will be my first call for any future needs.

He was professional every step of the process and very flexible with his availability for the job with no hesitation to solve my problem in a timely manner. Shelton was prompt, professional, friendly, and honest. He came out to check out a few plumbing issues that had been noted on my house inspection. He walked me through his thought process on each of the issues, reassured me that some of them didn’t require any repair at all, and made recommendations about how to monitor or address each of the others. He was up front about pricing and it was more than reasonable. Without a doubt I will be reaching out to Shelton for any future plumbing needs.

Shelton did a great job in locating where the water leak behind our wall was and made the repair without having to open up much of the wall. Highly recommend.

Shelton was beyond fantastic! Was the only one of 5 plumbers we called that would give us a price before showing up. Was here in under an hour. Brought the replacement part with him. Fixed the problem in literally 10 minutes. I was so incredibly thankful for his wonderful service and his honesty. I would highly, highly recommend Shelton and I will definitely call him again if a plumbing need arises.

Thinking that I would leave a voicemail, I called Mr. Shelton on a holiday to schedule a non-emergency appointment. Mr. Shelton answered the phone and booked me for an appointment the following morning! He arrived on time and was very kind. I had tried to change bathtub faucet fittings (a direct replacement) and had some difficulty. Mr. Shelton diagnosed the issue and made appropriate adjustments that I, a novice educated solely by youtube videos, did not feel comfortable making in my lack of experience. While he was there, I also asked him to do the spout and a toilet handle, too, to save me some time and anxiety. The value was excellent, and he was a wonderful human being! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

12/12/2024: Mr. Shelton Williams does it again! Great, timely work installing new kitchen faucet and associated piping after I had new counters installed. He’s very responsive, had all the equipment/parts, and efficient!

We have a very old faucet that wasn't working and Mr. Shelton was able to fix it! We bought the wrong part that needed to be replaced and Mr. Shelton was able to fix it! He's prompt and very knowledgeable.

I called Shleton Plumbing Thursday after 5. They called back Friday before 10am and were at my house to unclog a bathroom sink drain at around 12:30. They took about 45 minutes and resolved the issue. It cost around $300.

The plumber was courteous, respectful and fast! I was really impressed with how quickly they responded and that they came when they said they would. I would use them again.

Shelton was nice and easy to work with. He came out to check my water heater and was able to get my new water heater installed in the same appointment! I recommend using his service
