Came out to fix my leaking hot water heater. The water heater was still leaking. They never came back to fix the issue and they stopped returning my calls, eventually I got another plumber. I did not think that was very honest or the right way to treat a customer.

I had a plumbing Issue I called two plumbing companies and they never fix the problem. So I called Devlins plumbing company they sent out a plumbing named Billy Who fixed the problem and gave me a very very fair price. I recommend Devlins very Strongly . Dawn

Very disappointing customer service.
I called requesting an estimate for a new residential water heater. They requested detailed pictures of my existing unit which I immediately sent along with my exact replacement specifications.
The following week I had to again contact them regarding the status of my estimate. Later that day they gave me an estimate for a water heater much smaller than my existing and what I had requested. Once this information was corrected and I requested a revised estimate, they never got back to me despite me calling and texting them to inquire further about my estimate.
Just pitiful customer service when they act like they don't even want your businsess if possibly you don't want the generic water heater they happen to have in stock and want to sell you. I never even heard from the owner with a possible explanation of why they could not or would not do this relatively simple job.

These guys are awesome. The utility company turned off my water because something was pumping 160-170 gallons an hour. Billy checked everywhere for a leak - the pipe to the road, in the crawl space, throughout the house, the water meter. He was really patient with me and very kind while I asked all kinds of questions (out of curiosity). When he found the leak, I thought I would ask about another random issue I was having with the washer hookups, and he replaced it right then! I was so happy and really grateful that he had all the tools and equipment to be able to manage things. Devlin Plumbing is my go-to from now on!! Thank you so much!!!

Devlin Plumbing came to fix our tankless hot water heater. They promptly responded to our call about the issue and provided us timely, friendly service all for a fair price. Will definitely use them again.

I previously had a great experience with Devlin Plumbing when "Billy" worked for this company, so this made me feel comfortable using them again. I called Devlin Plumbing and requested Billy, who no longer work there. I still felt they would have the same work ethic he have. I spoke with staff over the phone, who was real nice, and told them about my clogged bathroom sink. Scheduled an appointment on a day right before I had to be at work. 2 workers came over, one who stated this was his first run out on the job, familiar with plumbing, but was not his field of knowledge, but was still professional. I heard them snaking the drain and drilling some buildup inside the pipe. When that didn't work, they ran out to Lowe's to get some drain tablets. Apparently, that didn't work. They did go under the house to investigate and figured that they would have to snake the pipe from the underside, but said the snake they had was not long enough. They told me that it wasn't worth driving back to the job to get the longer snake (because of traffic they said) and said they would have to come back next week with a longer snake, even though the said they had a 40 ft snake, but anyway. I was fine with that, thinking they wouldn't charge me for something that was not fixed.
Now, I called the staff back to find out how much this troubleshooting would cost. They charged me "at a discount" $350.00 for their time and efforts, and still a clogged sink. They charge $180.00 an hour normally(which I didn't know), but charged me $150.00 and hour, what a great deal, right.The staff said if they would come out again with a longer snake, that would definitely unclogged the sink, but would cost about $150.00. I was thinking a snake won't fix that problem, probably replacing the bad section of pipe would, but what do I know. Whoever's reading this, do the math $350.00+$150.00=still possibly clogged sink. Racking up money people don't have nowadays.
I was thinking to myself that's why Billy don't work at this place anymore, because he was too honest and didn't want to charge anyone for work that could not be done. I peacefully paid this company for their service because I am a peaceful person, but will NEVER, and I say NEVER use this company again. This is not to bash anyone, but to give a little buyers awareness to the innocent soul reading this to shop around for the best pricing and service before you take a plunge, that my sink couldn't do.
And P.S. if someone have Billy's contact info, please post it here, because I'm looking for a good plumber:)

Had some plumbing issues and found Devlin Plumbing to be great in service and getting the job done . The staff worked to get an appointment that fit my time and were on time . Billy was my plumber and he wasted no time in fixing the problems. Price was also very reasonable. Best choice made.

Devlin's Plumbing has done a number of jobs for me -- helped me do plumbing for remodeled bathroom, install a hot water heater... Have always been easy to get in phone and schedule an appointment. Professional staff do a good job. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service! They worked with my schedule. The plumber arrived earlier than expected, provided prompt service, and wonderful advice. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! They did not overcharge and under-deliver as one might expect. Devlin should be your 1st call, because it will definitely be the only call I make for plumbing issues in the future.

Devlin plumbing is an amazing company. Their service is impeccable, they are polite responsive, the plumbers know their craft They are very respectful of the cleanliness of your home when they are there to work. They are on time, dependable and reasonably priced. Billy is one of the service men and he is extremely polite, considerate and really knows his business. I wouldn't call any other plumber.

When I called Devlin Plumbing I was pleased they could come out on such short notice, in this case within 2 hours of my call. Billy was great, he replaced 2 hose bibs, and while he was there we discussed replacing the pressure valve and putting an expansion tank on the hot water heater, so that was done as well. I would definitely recommend Devlin Plumbing.

My experience with Devlin Plumbing was seamless...from the appointment set up with Marcus, who explained all the charges, to the actual appointment with Billy, who did a through job. Billy also crawled under my house to inspect my hot water heater and gave me several estimates, all of which are very reasonable. I would recommend this company to all my friends.
