I am so relieved that I called Hughes! We spent several days trying to find a part for our hot water heater, calling around, searching online, getting voice-mails and just no luck. When I called Hughes, Bob answered, I sent him a pic of the label on our hot water heater by email & he had it ordered in less than 5 mins & confirmed with me through email immediately! This place is wonderful. Everyone who I spoke with at Hughes was immensely helpful, but Bob in particular took so much time to go through my plan and help me figure out the right parts for my order. Definitely will be my go-to supply house for plumbing and irrigation.

Called Thur morning for a non functional hot water heater. Scheduled a service call for Friday afternoon. They had a 10 am cancellation and came out and were able to quickly diagnose a broken water heater. They came back at 2 pm with a new hot water heater. By 6 pm Friday night we had hot water again. We hired them for AC maintenance, and the experience was disappointing. They charged us $481 for one technician who spent 2.5 hours at the property servicing two heat pumps and one HVAC unit. However, about an hour of that time was spent outside simply hosing down the outdoor units. We raised our concerns with the company, but they did not offer any meaningful reduction to what we felt was an unreasonable charge. On top of that, the actual service did not seem to be significant and not rigorous (in addition to doing fairly trivial work outside it wasn't flagged that a UV light wasn't working which we uncovered later). I would definitely not use them again for anything AC-related. For comparison, a competitor offered to service our units twice a year for less than the total price Brown Brothers charges for a single service, highlighting how overpriced Brown Brothers’ service is.

Submitted a one-sentence request to get our central air system repaired on a Sunday night. Monday morning, Brown Brothers showed up, and in twenty minutes, had our system humming as it should. Ive been using BBPH for three years now. I have had 7 issues with my home. Six of them have been solved by Brown Brothers expediently and cost-effectively. The one time I didn't, I paid $800 to have a $1100 dishwasher installed. I learned my lesson. I will always use Brown Brother for plumbing and HVAC. They always arrive, solve the issue and leave me with a smile.

These folks were responsive, met at times agreed on, supplied an estimate before starting work, and completed replacement of a broken water main in a timely manner while dealing with a few unexpected issues. They were good at communicating and have left me pleased with their service.

Arrived promptly at the designated time, got the job done quickly and professionally (and even gave me some free advice on a second, do-it-yourself plumbing job for me)

This company responded to an immediate need to handle an emergency ( main water drainpipe separation). Upon arrival, William, the representative was clean, professional, and extremely attentive to my concerns. He not only addressed the problem, but insured everything I needed was addressed, he was very thorough.I would highly recommend this company and absolutely thankful for William and his extreme experience that he brought to address my issue. I would not use anyone else. I am truly grateful.

Excellent overall experience. Brown Brothers were able to show up on a holiday weekend to help in an emergency. The entire team was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and craft of doing it the right way. Would highly recommend.
