Huge fan of their service. Technician Drew was able to preform service efficiently explaining everything he did understandably and tactfully. Their scheduler Jónica was able to work with me on a tight timeline and short notice. Everything was scheduled and completed according to plan. Maybe a little faster than was expected but I’m not complaining. Thank you for helping us out!

These guys never disappoint. They came to help me install a water softener system they had never seen before and theyadapted and overcame all the challenges associated with an unfamiliar product, installed in a low crawlspace. The team absolutely crushed it!

Brown Brothers has provided excellent service every time we have used them. This time they were very accommodating to schedule quickly and at a convenient time. They thoroughly explained what needed to be done and why it was being done. Very knowledgeable and they do not try and sell you more service than is needed. We will call them every time. Being able to trust a service provider is very valuable.

Franklin and Howard did an excellent job first diagnosing my problem and then expertly correcting it. They were able to repair my well without the need to dig up my concrete driveway.

I found the Brown Brothers plumbing to be very good. I asked him to take off their shoes and they immediately went, with no complaining, to put on paper booties. They tried the simplest prepares first without trying to upcharge me. When they didn't have to replace the same we talked about everything and everything was up front. They were also willing to look at another problem of mine without charging me extra. I would definitely use this group again.

They went to my dad’s house and added coolant and told him that his compressor needed to be replaced but what they did should last through the winter. A week and a half later no air conditioner and out 1000.00 , which they had charged him. . Would not recommend using this company unless you want to lose money!!!

I have used Brown Brothers about 5 times for sink leaks, a toilet clog that none of us could get unclogged, a pilot light that went out on my hot water heater, a external hose bib repair and to diagnose and repair a persistent leak on a 2.5 gal under sink hot water tank from Amazon that both my dad and a handyman could not repair correctly. Billing and prices are fair and plumbers have come on time and each plumber has been friendly and professional, answering my questions, and often educating me on the topic of service so that I can troubleshoot it better myself next time. Once, on an emergency call, Brown Brothers were not available so I used a different company and I had a very bad experience with the other company (overcharging me significantly and the plumber accidentally cut my internet line while digging for a water line in the ground even when I had warned him the line was in that area). So this experience further encouraged me to stay with Brown Brothers if at all possible. I will definitely continue to call Brown Brothers for my plumbing needs!

The guys who installed the new water heater were efficient, thorough and took the time to explain what we needed to know. Great local company!

While I was satisfied with the end result, and they did an excellent job in the end, I was without heat and hot water for 7 days which was a huge inconvenience. I realize they had several obstacles to overcome due to my old system and I really appreciate their diligence it was a complicated job
