Jason came on time was able to get my disposal unit and sink stopper replaced within the same visit. He was very courteous and worked efficiently getting it replaced quickly and even ensured to leave everything cleaner than he found it.

I must add the team at the service desk was also great. They called me within 30 seconds of me submitting the request and were great about communicating updates to my appointment.

Two professional plumbers came and did a stellar job on replacing faucets and toilet in only 3 hour from the estimate to completion. My husband and i will use ACME pretty soon again.

I was pleased with the service. I added on 2 small requests once they got there and they had no problem adding those into the service. Polite, efficient, and the explained the issue so that I could understand and possibly fix myself next time. Value felt fine, I just never know how much these services are worth, the fee felt like it was worth it.

They are fantastic! Acme replaced all my old plumbing. it took them two full days (with no break) three to four guys and I can't say enough about how impressed I am with their hard work ethic and responsibility. I have a three story home and it was a big job. They did great!!!

Since I was in need of a new plumber I thought I would try Acme Plumbing to see how they worked for a bad clogged sink in hopes I could keep them for BIG issues.

I called late and a few minutes later, someone called back to say that they would be there next day. They were up front with the fee for the visit which was very reasonable. The next day, I received a text with a picture of the person that would be doing the work. He looked over everything and then gave me an upfront estimate on the cost which is wonderful. After the work was completed, I paid the exact price that was estimated. No surprises. Clog is gone and I plan to keep this company on my phone for the future.

Had a leak dripping from the ceiling downstairs. Called Acme for help. I was told they could send someone out in the afternoon, but thankfully help was able to arrive much earlier. Alex was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to properly determine the cause of the leak and make a quality repair. I am grateful he was the one assigned to the job. I didn't catch the name of his apprentice, but he was curtious and helpful too.

We have used Acme Plumbing for plumbing issues (maintenance & repairs) throughout our 13 years in this home; they are reliably professional, prompt, & perform high quality work. Michael was prompt, friendly, & a good communicator re: the estimate & the problems in the exterior faucets that he skillfully repaired. I would definitely recommend them.

A surprise leak under a bathroom sink and water pressure issue with a kitchen faucet led Alejandro, “Alex,” to find significant issues with our 16 yr. old gas outdoor hot water heater and it’s partnering circulation pump (that was in the crawl space). His knowledgeable recommendations of tankless and gas heater options and patience addressing our numerous questions were very helpful with decisions we needed to make about replacement and repairs. We feel fortunate he was sent to address our call to Acme for assistance.

We worked with Alejandro, who was kind, professional, and explained things well. He was able to find a functional and less cost-prohibitive repair for an involved shower plumbing issue, which we were quite grateful for.

I have used ACME in the past for Backflow testing without issue. This year I’m in need of a repair and had difficulty scheduling. Email/online scheduling went weeks due to over a week between communications. Finally scheduled and had them out only to find out labor cost is “approximately” $500 and hour. That is well above other estimates I’ve found. Definitely go elsewhere.

I've had several things taken care of by ACME since we moved into our new home and have been very happy with my experiences from start to finish. The first set of work involved replacing old polybutylene pipes and fixing leaks. Unlike another very highly rated plumbing company in the area, the front-end customer service experience was very positive and responsive. Even better, the cost for the proposed services was much more reasonable than other estimates I received! I was also very happy that some smaller plumbing issues were readily taken care of when the techs were already on-site--again, at a good price. The technicians were also very professional, friendly, helpful and honest (At first glance there seemed to be an issue, it was priced for me, I agreed to the work, and then on closer inspection it turned out to be a non-issue related to an old well system. The tech could have still charged me at that point and I would have been non-the-wiser, but he didn't and reported why everything was actually fine.). The mixed reviews made me a bit hesitant to use the company, but I'm really glad and I wanted to share my positive experiences for anyone concerned.

Alejandro came to diagnose an issue with our hot water. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all our questions and gave us an estimate for the problem to be solved. The call out fee is very reasonable for ACME. If you call ACME for service, we recommend Alejandro if he’s available.

We called on a Sunday because our drain was clogged and flooded downstairs.
Alex came out within hour of initial call and worked diligently from 9am to almost 6 pm. I was impressed with his courteousness and diligent work ethic. The blockage required multiple attempts to access drain and additional team members assistance . They worked throughout the day and needed additional parts to complete the the task. At one time, we had 3 Acme trucks in front of our house. The clog went down 1700 feet down in the back of our house. They did not stop working until clog was found and opened. It was a long day for all. Acme workers maintained a positive attitude and worked hard until job was completed. We are very grateful to Alex and his team.

We are 100% satisfied with the services provided by Acme. They were very responsive and on-time. Norval took the time to thoroughly assess our 30+ year home’s plumbing, carefully diagnosed our issue, and provided a reasonable estimate for repair with longer-term planning for replacement. He also explained maintenance to extend the life of our fixtures.

My water heater failed on the Sunday night before Thanksgiving. Since it was an Apollo tank, I also no longer had heat in the house. I had a previous quote from Dominion Energy as I knew the tank was getting old and I got a quote Monday morning from a plumbing company I had used in the past. I didn’t like either quote as both said they would have to provide a tank with less heating capacity.

So I asked Acme Plumbing to take a look at it. After just a few minutes with Alejandro, I could tell that he was an expert in Apollo heating systems. He said he could get a larger better quality tank than what I had and they could install it on Wednesday.

On Wednesday, Clay, Alex and Richard showed up with the tank. They worked all day on the project and the quality of their work was amazing. Clay did so much work even though he had a broken arm! The piping that Alex did above the tank is a work of art, so much nicer than any installation I’d watched on YouTube. Alejandro joined them near the end and insulated the pipes to the heating system which I did not expect. They never rushed even though they had probably hoped to leave early on the day before Thanksgiving.

They also noted that there was something wrong with my water pressure and discovered it was 90 PSI. They recommended that I replace the water pressure regulator which I did the following week. Alex did a beautiful job fitting the copper piping to the new regulator.

I strongly recommend that you use Acme Plumbing for any plumbing work you need.
