Called them for a stubborn very deep clogged kitchen drain pipe that needed serious help. They came out within 2 hours, diagnosed it and after a fair bit of pipe cleaning in the kitchen and basement got it flowing again. Very professional experience overall. Would definitely call them again.

I am so happy with the service from Benjamin Franklin plumbing. I thought a had a leak and called for appointment to take a look and they were able to send someone out within the hour. John came and was just awesome, friendly, professional and put my worries at ease. I will not hesitate to use these guys if I have any plumbing issue in the future. I would highly recommend Jason. There had been a small leak around the base of our water tank and had been told by another plumber that the water tank would have to be replaced. He noticed the 2 gallon thermal expansion tank was full of water. The tank should not be full if the water heater is working properly. He then tested the water pressure on the outside nozzles and found that both nozzles had water pressure above 75 psi (both over 100 psi). Jason replaced the Pressure relief valve (PRV) and installed a new 2 gallon thermal expansion tank. Retested the outside nozzles and they were at 75 psi. All the work was completed in a timely manner.

Were able to fit me in Immediately! On time, courtesy and extremely knowledgeable. Took the time to find the root of my issue, instead of a superficial diagnosis.I was very satisfied with there professionalism. An excellent company, I would highly recommend them!

I’ve written reviews for various services in the past—from HVAC to car washes—and I’ve never given a 5-star rating before. This experience, however, truly deserves it. Their service fee was the lowest I could find, and the replacement cost was right in line with what my neighbor had paid. Most importantly, they were available on a weekend and completed the replacement and installation of the new water heater all in the same day.

Prompt and responsive. I had two separate problems both an old house with old plumbing. John was able to diagnose the Chronic issue I had with my bathroom sink not draining. He recommended a course of action, but also gave me the option for a cheaper possible fix. I took his recommendation. To replace a span of galvanized pipe that he thought was probably the culprit.

He and his coworker also replaced an outdoor spigot That had been in operative for two years and required quite a bit of attention.

For the diagnostics and work involves, including sawing through galvanized, steel pipes and the fact that everything works perfectly, I have no complaints at all.

Everything was done at the same time. It was not inexpensive, but the price I paid reflected the work and diagnostics and parts and the speed of service.

John and Conly arrived on time and quickly to diagnose the problem. There was a sewer gas smell, and they were able to quickly locate the source with a sniffer Device. They made the repair for a reasonable price, and did not attempt to up charge me. They completed everything in about one hour.They were polite and friendly. I will definitely consider using Benjamin Franklin plumbing again.

I had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing replace an exterior freeze-proof faucet. From the time I called to when the technician arrived was less than an hour, which was impressive. The technician was courteous, professional, and completed the replacement in about an hour. Pricing was provided upfront with no surprises.

I’m giving four stars instead of five because the cost was on the higher end compared with online estimates for this type of repair. While the technician did have to access the crawl space, the overall price still felt high relative to the time and scope of the work. For that reason, I likely would not use them again, though this is due to pricing rather than the quality of service.

I would highly recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing. The communication with the office and the team in the field was outstanding! They were also prompt and courteous. I was impressed with the quality of work as well. We had a leaky filter case and pipes coming off my pressure tank were rusting. Here are before and after photos.
