I have used Carter heating and air from various locations in my life.

I had them install a heat pump in my condo in Raleigh, quality work with impeccable results and warranty.

I recently moved out, but have a system that came with the home not in their service warranty.

Despite this, and the repair to the control board. They offered various means of making it more affordable to me.
The technician Matt Byrd and the Call-Rep James B. Were polite, neat, and did fine work diagnosing my problems and letting me know the unit that came with the new home is bound for future work.

Once I move into my dream home, I will definitely work with Carter Heating and Air, and in Particular James B., to install a new system should that occur.

Purchased a house where the previous owners had taken care of the HVACs so we decided to continue with this company and overall had a great experience. I feel like they were fair with the estimate and did a really good job and left everything looking perfect. Hvac works great and everyone was very professional. Would recommend!!!

I had an issue with my heat working correctly.
From the lady who made the reservation, to the gentleman who came and looked over my unit I was very impressed with their professionalism, quickness and pricing.
I would definitely call them again should I need their services.

I had a complete gut and replace of a HVAC system that was installed sometime in the 60-70s. My home was the victim of a 'flipper' about a decade ago. They didn't even touch the ductwork, just strapped a cheap Goodman on the back of the house and called it a day. So I knew I needed new ductwork but the expense flat out terrified me. Carter gave me a very fair price to do a complete modern update while making some modifications that would've costed a lot more with someone else. The crew came out within a week and worked two long 9-10 hour days on my install. No corners were cut. This was the first HVAC install I've personally been through but I can't imagine it going much smoother. They gave me a top-notch install with a fair price. This one should last me 50 years, but I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

I’ve got my A/C installed by a local company 2.5 years ago , of course like everything 12/30 it was very cold morning my heat was not working or my hot water. So with the internet I went in YouTube to find out my water heater pilot was out , learned how to to restart the pilot, got hot water but I still need for someone to look at the heat . I call Carter Air from a radio advertising ad, we set an appointment for that same day, tech look at my heating system check it out all was good but to my wife peace of mind , worth the diagnostic cost , happy wife , happy life. Happy new years to all . Carter A/C great company on time and quick. Thank you. Got heat!!!

What a caring family HVAC company! I phoned them and explained what was going on with my HVAC. They came out and replaced my unit QUICKLY. Great unit, knowledgeable professionals, quick turnaround time and great prices! I highly recommend this company. Shop your local small businesses folks. 😁

Thoroughly professional. Completed the work on time and as quoted. Expertly installed the new heat pump down to the smallest detail. Polite installation crew protected our home and cleaned thoroughly after the installation. We could not be more pleased with Brian and his team!

I was referred to Air Temp Mechanical by a coworker and I wasn't disappointed! Heating in my home stopped working and Air Temp Mechanical was very prompt and professional. They kept me in the loop with what issues they saw and steps they took to fix it. I will definitely use their services again in the future for any HVAC issues.

Called Brian with Air Temp Mechanical with a possible problem with my compressor yesterday morning. Brian was very busy but able to fit me in this morning and although not a problem with my compressor did discover a separate issue and took care of it right away. Very fair price and quick service highly recommend.

AirTemp Mechanical HVAC has presented itself as a professional and honest company. When I had an issue with my furnace system, AirTemp Mechanical, within three days of initial contact, came to the house twice for diagnostics of the complete system, and replaced the parts that were no longer functioning. This professionalism was paramount in my decision-making regarding the integrity of the company I would hire to work on my home/systems. AirTemp mechanical prices were lower and a more honest price for repairing just what was wrong and not suggesting I replace the whole system at a much higher cost.

I've used Tim exclusively for the last 16 years for all my HVAC needs after he was recommended by a friend. Tim is great at his job and always going the extra mile to make sure by HVAC is running well. Brian has also been out and he is also very professional and does a great job. I can't recommend Air Temp Mechanical enough!

These people are legit. They answered the phone on the first call with professionalism. They arrived and promised to send an estimate after checking their numbers. I asked for a small discount according to my research and asked about their evaluation that I needed a new electric box. They took 50% payment and began the job on time. The workers were pleasant and even kind. There was a small connection problem and after a text to inquire, they were back in 3 hours to fix the issue. The repair professional was very kind and seemed to want to make sure he double-checked our satisfaction before leaving. My kids were playing in the front yard and they were cautious and respectful as they were leaving. Overall, I would recommend them 100% especially over the 'Rescue Rooter'or however you spell it. Those people were a joke. Thank you guys!

Ryan and his team were absolutely fantastic! During a routine inspection by another company, I was informed that we had a cracked heat exchanger. That technician then proceeded to tell me I had to replace my entire system (2 AC and 2 furnace units). I felt like I was being taken advantage of.
Later that day, a trusted contractor was at my home for other work and recommended that I call his friend Ryan at Enviro Air.
Ryan was amazing! He was at my home bright and early the following morning to complete another inspection. Ryan confirmed that the furnace did need to be replaced, but that none of the other work that the other company said I “absolutely had to do” was necessary. Not to mention the tech from the other company left the gas line to my furnace on and my heat on! This was a potential carbon monoxide danger.
Ryan and his team were timely, polite and did a fabulous job cleaning up. I highly recommend Enviro Air!

Enviro Air did a great job! The guys were professional and communicated everything clearly. We're pleased with the equipment installed and appreciate Ryan taking the time to work with us on getting the right system for our budget. Can't recommend them enough!
