I got in touch with Ryan when my tenants complained about a problem with the HVAC in our rented property in Holly Springs. Ryan was super responsive and we had a great communication. He showed up on time, identified the source of the problem and fixed it on the spot. The service was quick, reliable and very efficient. I definitely recommend using this company if you want good professional results.

After examining my upstairs unit, technician Mr. Tequida has been very profession and patient to explain the cause of the problem - drainage clog, and fix it accordingly. He also explains the working of my thermometer. Thank you very much.

AC cut out in the hottest week of the year, got a quick and competitive quote and Ryan had me scheduled a few days later to replace my whole unit. These guys live up to their recommendation and have my house nice and cold when I need it most!

Arrived on time for appointment, service was both quick and professional, even went above and beyond the actual issue to provide excellent service. Ryan and his team were wonderful to work with as we determined the several needs for our home. Our AC had been declining and they were very responsive in helping our AC unit work till we could get our new AC installed. At the time of our AC installation we also had a split unit installed in our garage and an exhaust fan installed in our master bathroom. Between all the projects, the team kept us updated on how the projects were going and took the time to talk through how to best care for our units. We will need to replace our second unit for the upstairs in the near future and we will be using Enviro Air again! The team was knowledgable, thorough, and were very conscientious with our home as they did these several projects. I relied on his team and felt confident of our decision to work with Enviro Air.

We recently had both our HVAC units destroyed from a shotty Duke Energy repair to our electrical service.

Enviro Air was able to get to our house the next day to evaluate the units and write up the specifics about what happened. With a quick turnaround time they were able to order the units, get them installed and heat back to the house.

They crew did a professional job with the install, leaving the areas as clean or better than they found them. Quality work goes a long way, which is something we don't seem to see as much of these days!

Couldn’t recommend Enviro Air enough! Not only are they extremely responsive and quick, but their knowledge and expertise is top notch. They truly care about their customers and always work to find the best solution to a problem— always keeping the customer’s best interest in mind. I wouldn’t trust any other company in the Triangle to service my HVAC needs.

When our 1998 AC unit died... we knew exactly who to call. We had used Ryan's company before, as do my parents and countless others I have recommended them to. And it was the same service I have come to expect.
Ryan's team is amazing!!! They were prompt, efficient and a joy to deal with. I was working from home near by the work area and barely knew they were there! They did excellent, quality work.
They were so good about covering and cleaning up... it's like they were never here... except now we have a working air conditioning unit :-)
From start to finish they made the process extremely easy from replacing our unit to financing... the care they took to make sure we had all we needed and that it was done right, the first time made me feel good.
We will definitely be continuing to call them for all our HVAC needs and continued service/maintenance on our brand new unit!!!

I cannot thank Ryan and his team enough. They came the way out to Bahama, NC and spent hours diagnosing a very poorly done install by another contractor. They were very responsive the whole time in regards to scheduling, and did absolutely everything possible to make it work, and when out of options, found a solution that worked even better!! Really can't recommend them enough, you won't go wrong working with them.

Edit 4/13/2023: I have now worked with Enviro Air on a complete replacement of my system and they were wonderful throughout the process, and did absolutely amazing work for a fair price. I could not be more pleased with the new system, and am always pleased with how wonderful Ryan and team are to work with!

Great company, Ryan and Scott were super professional. Of course on the hottest day of the year so far our a/c stopped working. I was super impressed with how fast the technician got to me. When i described what I saw and heard Scott knew almost right away what happened. He explained it to me and made what is new to me make sense. Will definitely call them again next time I have an issue.

Enviro Air came out on a Sunday afternoon on hot, muggy day to work on my AC. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything that they found. Great people, great service.

Ryan with Enviro Air was a pleasure to deal with. When my furnace was not performing to standard, he scheduled a quick appointment to come out on Friday morning and have a look. Turned out to be a simple fix (bad flame sensor) and he had our furnace running properly in no time. Ryan (and his assistant -- sorry, but I forgot his name!) were both very friendly and professional and the cost was reasonable. They will be my "go-to" HVAC contact from now on. Great company to work with. I needed a new upstairs AC unit replaced on short notice due to selling my home. The price was very reasonable and the work was completed within two days! Technicians were friendly and informative throughout the installation process. After my house was under contract, the home inspector claimed that there was a leak in the condenser line and that the emergency heat was not turning on as it should. Ryan with Enviro Air immediately sent two technicians to inspect the system and confirmed that the system was operating properly and that the "leak" was simply condensation dripping due to the heat. Ryan was extremely helpful during our communications and I greatly appreciated his high level of customer service. I recommend Enviro Air to anyone with HVAC needs!

Highly recommend this company. You really learn about a company when you have an urgent need and the company is in their peak season (which is the HVAC business in the hottest week of the year). We needed a split system fully replaced urgently - looked at several options and Enviro Air was super responsive, quick to come out and assess, quick estimate right on the spot, proposed solution we needed and not more than what we needed. Competitive/fair/clear pricing. Install was scheduled and smoothly completed a few days later. All involved were knowledgeable & professional, as well as cautious moving equipment through the house etc. You will be taken care of if you call these folks.

Ryon was thorough with helpful answers to our questions. He didn't rush us, but gave all the help and advice we needed.

As usual he was on time and gave me notice that he was on the way. He was careful to keep the house clean, friendly and explained everything he did and saw with my systems.
