Thermostat Masters is my go to for all hvac needs for our businesses. Their team is awesome. They are quick to respond, honest about repairs and do quality work. Highly recommend!!

Very prompt, great service. AC went out in the evening, put in an inquiry, they were out the next morning and the entire system replaced by dinner. I didn't get any other quotes directly but researched what others paid in the area and it seemed in line with going rates (lower than many) All workers were clean, professional, super competent and fast.

I must say Riley was everything I had read about him! When I tell you he give the best customer service ever! He made sure I understood everything that was going on and needed to happen. And the price was so reasonable which I greatly appreciated. I will be using them for any future issues I may have with my A/C. I highly recommend them to anyone. Jennifer was such a pleasure to speak with on the phone. And getting an appointment was fast and easy. I Love Great Customer Service!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Reilly with Thermostat Masters is quick to respond in offering answers to my questions. He provided text messages when he and the company would arrive that was doing the load calculation. They all arrived on time.

Update: we signed up for the annual servicing plan. Bradley came out today to perform the maintenance. I was alerted when he was on his way to my home. He was very professional, took pictures of our unit and explained all that he had done. Very happy with the company and the work they do!

I was given the contact information for Thermostat Masters from a friend after my HVAC system stopped working. I called and talked to Jenn, who was very kind and professional. Riley came out to assess the situation and did a very thorough review. He took pictures of everything and took the time to explain everything to me-from what looked good, to recommendations, to what needed to be fixed. I was very grateful to have such a knowledgeable and professional person helping with a very stressful situation. Thank you Riley and Jenn! Riley was right on time and very knowledgeable about the service I needed. I picked Thermostat Masters because of his knowledge of what I needed without trying to upsell me. Tore out my aluminum ducts and replaced with flex ducts. Now we can breath clean air again!

The service tech Bradley does a great job with my bi-annual maintenance service, handles his duties professionally and always answers my questions. My A.C. unit was not working properly. I called them, got an appointment the very next morning and they sent out Brad. Brad was on time, showed me exactly what the issue was, showed me each step on what he did to fix it and what I needed to keep my HVAC system working proficiently. My hvac went down on a Saturday afternoon in July when the “feels like” temp was 106°! I called my home warranty company when they opened on Monday morning and was able to get an appointment with Thermostat Masters for Tuesday afternoon. The technician came out, diagnosed the problem and submitted his report, later that evening Jenn called and we talked for 30 minutes and she went over things with me and literally answered every question I had and then some! She was so knowledgeable and wonderful to talk to. Wednesday morning she completed and sent in the estimates and Riley contacted me to go over them. He was so great to work with. He was honest with me the whole time and was completely transparent about the estimates with me. Thursday morning, Riley called again and scheduled an install for Friday morning! I was so excited for Friday! After we scheduled the install on Thursday he sent me info to get financing and that was so super easy to do! And then, they had a cancellation and came to install my new unit at 430 pm on Thursday afternoon!! So from making my original claim on Monday, to Thursday night, I have a new hvac unit installed and working! I never expected things to be go that smoothly or that quickly! This whole experience with Thermostat Masters, Riley, Jenn and then German and his team who installed the new hvac unit, everyone was so nice, helpful and genuinely nice people! I have already recommended this company to several people! And I will definitely be using them for all my hvac service and maintenance needs for this new hvac unit! Thank you Thermostat Masters!!

Bradley was our service person and he was awesome, through in checking out the furnace and the air conditioner. He was very well versed and knowledgeable about what was happening with the air conditioner and spoke in a language that we were able to understand . He Explain each picture he had taken. And referred us to the sales office for further details on the next steps. I highly recommend him for further services I may need.
