I had both a home or busines split A / C unit threw some 3rd party from Walmart. With the purchase of the unit install was also offered for $70. Then the install guy called the next day and said that he is only making $45 from the install so he wasnt gonna be putting it in and wouldnt even make the trip out there. So I called the company explained to them what we had bought and we needed it in stalled. Told them what the first guy had said and they told us there was no reason for and he should of at least came out and took look. They then said they would send someone else out well the 2nd guy was nicer but still said the same think the it looks like the invoice was wrote wrong and he didnt even have all of his tool. That if we wanted him to do it it would take 3 days and just under $3000.00 so we told him tank you no thank you. Then my cousin gave me a busines card and told me to give them a call. And I did they were able to meet me the next day and i showed them what we had and what need to be done. It was a Father Odell and his Son Josh. I will tell you they are by far the most professional people I have ever met. They broke everything do to me on what was gonna be done. How they would have to wire straight into the building going to a relay and they also installed a cutoff switch to the unit. They told me that by taking out the old wall mount unit it was gonna leave a huge hole from inside to the outside of the building. So what they did was they set up a frame in between the walls mounted the inside unit and then put dry way up to cover the rest of the wall and framed it. Then for the outside unit they have all the lines and cables wrapped and tucked very nicely and then sealed the outside part of the wall except for where the tubes are coming out from the inside unit to the outside one. I couldnt be happier with them and there work I was charged $1250.00 for everything and to me was more than worth it would definitely be using them again and not just for our business but also our home. Oh and then it's not like they haven't already had done enough cause they were there getting this done from 9:a.m. to 8:00 p.m. so was told by one guy would take 3 days they didnt stop til it was done and they got it done in 1 day and but any way they had already done so much he also got the pictures of the unit out busines email address and also took care of the warranty for us didnt even ask him to he just did it on his own. I couldnt be happier with the service I got from them they went above way above and well beyond anything I could of hoped for. Just want to say thank you guys if you happen to come across this unit runs great and I am so happy thank you so much

They are a family owned business and I really try to use businesses that are family owned and not a big organization that tries to sale you on things you do not need. I have used Josh and Odell several times. They are always quick to fix issues so that I am not out of heat or AC very long. They are very honest. They do not try and sale you services or things you do not need like a lot of the bigger companies. They will continue to have my business.

I made a call to Odell on the 2nd day of our air being down and he said he could be over by lunch. He and his son came out and fixed our air right away. With the temps we were very worried about our pets getting overheated as they weren’t able to cool down after coming in from the heat. I have nothing but good things to say about Carolina Appliances Heating & Cooling! One of the owners, Odell, came out quickly and fixed my AC when it went out on me in the heat of summer. He was very knowledgeable about the AC unit and provided great repairs at a great price! The quality of work and service were top notch! I’ll always call them for any heating and cooling needs.

Great experience with these guys!! Saturday morning we woke to our AC not working properly, in 80 degree weather. Needless to say, we were in a bind!! We googled places and started calling. No one seemed to care because it was a Saturday!! Well we cared, and so did Josh. He was here in under an hour, which was super appreciated! He explained the process and was very knowledgeable. We asked him to help us with our Nest while there and he was so patient while walking us thru the setup!
