I had GSM install h ac system and duct work and also do a crawlspace encapsulation. Work was done well and unit has been functioning properly. I would suggest signing up for the Loyal customer plan. GSM will provide quality care and maintenance.

My technician (Geordie? not sure of spelling!) today for HVAC tune-up was great. He called to see if he could come early (which was fine given the incoming weather!) and was in and out. He checked in with me before leaving to give me a heads up on the health of my system. Thanks so much!

Technician Brock diagnosed our problem very quickly. Fast turn around after ordering part and returned next day. He was extremely pleasant to work with and explained the repair process very easily. Called GSM to come out and repair my Generac generator system…they scheduled an appt for the next day at 12-2 and 20 minutes until 12 Vin called and confirmed that he would be at my house in 20 minutes. Vin and Austin showed up in a very professional looking service van and were well dressed in company shirts and jackets. Very professional services with the right tools and great work ethics. Was able to thoroughly diagnose the problem and get some parts on order to complete the repair. Highly recommend this company and these 2 young men for any Generac repair needs.

We have used GSM for years and are loyalty customers. All of the technicians that have serviced our HVAC systems are well trained and customer friendly. Today Reed did our service maintenance. He was very thorough and spent time with all 3 of the units he worked on. He was pleasant and answered questions we had completely. Definitely want to work with him again. GSM is a good company to work with and they come quickly if you have an emergency. I highly recommend them.

I had an outstanding experience with GSM on a major HVAC project that included a full system replacement and all new ductwork. Stoney and Connor were incredible from start to finish. They arrived on time (often early) every single day and stayed late to keep the project ahead of schedule.

The original estimate was a 6 day project and they worked quickly and efficiently to ensure I had heat on the second floor by the end of day two, and they wrapped up the majority of the work by day five. Their professionalism, courtesy, and experience were evident throughout the entire project.

We had a great experience with GSM and our technician Danny Hall. He came out to install new crawl space doors and was incredibly helpful from start to finish. Beyond the scope of his job, Danny took the time to point out other things in the crawl space that we never would have noticed, just to make sure we were aware of them. He was honest, thorough, and communicated everything clearly, which we really appreciated. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and transparent. We had GMS Services replace our old HVAC system (AC and heat) and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Stoney and Conner were the two technicians who handled the installation, and they were outstanding — professional, respectful, and really easy to work with.

They did a super clean job removing the old unit and installing the new system, and they treated our home with care the whole time. The follow-up call from Stoney the next morning to make sure everything was working properly and that we were warm was a really nice touch and shows how much they care about their customers.

I have been using GSM for quite a few years now and they have always been good to me. Im part of the Loyalty club and they do a HVAC checkup on my system twice annually and have helped me to catch a few minor issues before they became huge projects. On this most recent visit, Joe came out to provide great recommendations and also great service. I have called them out before and they were very responsive even though it was very late in the evening they were able to come out first thing in the morning. I even had them to clean a dryer vent that was blocked and preventing my dryer from operating correctly (dryers need to breathe properly to operate) I recommend GSM and so do many of my immediate neighbors as well.

GSM is a service that I NEVER regret paying for. The techs are ALWAYS nice. The dispatchers are ALWAYS sweet on the phone. They have many many available appointments per week, and the regular maintenance on my HVAC system has extended its life for years. 10/10 would recommend.

Andrew came to my home and installed Softstart technology to both my heat pumps so they will start up quieter, and run off my generator when and if my power goes out. He was friendly, told me exactly what he was going to do. He did an outstanding job. I would not hesitate to work with GSM again.

I’ve had a great experience with GSM. The sales person (Tim) was great! Their pricing is very transparent, which is difficult to come across in this industry. Tim also submitted a rebate request with Duke Energy on our behalf. We have been very happy with our new HVAC system. We compared their quotes to others. While we ended up paying more than we anticipated and more than others quoted, we felt their warranties gave us a peace of mind that was difficult to pass up.

A technician was out today to perform preventive maintenance. He did a great job. I don’t envy the job of a man who must crawl around in an old home’s crawl space and he was very thorough with the process. He did as polite and was even friendly with my dog.

Any interaction I have with their staff has been great. I have to believe they’re a good company to work for because everyone seems very happy to do their work.
