Had an absolutely amazing experience with Tarheel Comfort! My ac went out and I was able to call and same day have them come out to repair my unit. I was recommended to them by neighbors who spoke highly of their great service and honesty. I can confidently say that they went above and beyond those expectations. Everything was clear and easy with honest pricing. If you need a local ac servicer, THIS is your company. Will be a repeat customer for sure 10/10 stars.

Tarheel comfort is the only HVAC company i will ever use! Jonathan and his team have taken care of me on multiple occasions.
One memorable experience I had was, my heat went out last winter and I called Jonathan, he was out of town but had his employees here the next morning, which was on a weekend,and had my heat back on within a few hours!
I refer all my friends and family to Tarheel Comfort and everyone has had the same experience i have! Honest, trustworthy, dependable, and never tries to over charge or up sell you stuff you don't need like the big companies do!!

By far the best heating and cooling company in Gaston County. I have used over 5 different companies over the years, but once I found Jonathan with Tarheel I won’t go anywhere else. I’ve had AC repair done, furnace repair done, and a furnace replacement. He’s knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, transparent, and competitively priced. I highly recommend this company, Jonathan is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. It is easy for some contractors to take advantage of the average person because most of us do not understand the workings of a HVAC system, Jonathan did a thorough investigation of problem, explaining to me what happened and offered a fix. We had an excellent experience replacing our HVAC system with Tarheel Comfort Heating & Cooling! Not only was the quote better than two other competitors, but Jonathan and his team were great to work with. It was evident they truly care about their customers and made sure we understood the options, costs, and benefits of replacing versus repairing our system. They were also very flexible with rescheduling when we ran into some problems with our HOA on installation day, and were communicative throughout the entire process. We’ll be customers for many years to come!

Came a checked our unit on a Saturday night and determined that it was a power company issue. They repaired their issue promptly and Jonathan returned to check out all of the hvac systems to ensure everything was working. He always goes the extra mile.
