Quick response from the owner Jonathan. He came out quickly and diagnosed the problem, showed me what the problem was, using a camera inside the furnace, so that I could actually view it. Gave me several options. Due to the age of the old furnace, I decided to replace it. We discussed several units and once I chose the best one for our needs, he ordered it and it arrived quickly. Jonathan came out early the next morning, removed the old furnace, installed the new one, made all the connections and we had heat again. He came out again to handle a drain line problem from a prior installation that another HVAC company had done and he wouldn't let me pay him for it. He said he would come out in the Spring to make sure the system worked like it should with the air conditioner, which was relatively new. Great personality, patient, and informative. I highly recommend him and will be using his services in the future. He is more than welcome to give my name and number to any potential customer who might want to give me a call in regards to him and his company.

Jonathan is the most competent and ethical business owner and HVAC professional I have ever met. He is highly intelligent and is able to cut though the complexity, identify the root cause and give you practical advice. He not only considers his business but his customers in recommending solutions. His integrity is unmatched and I plan to continue to use his business for all my heating and cooling needs.

Recently had a new gas pack unit installed. Wonderful people. Mr. Spearman. I appreciated the fact that they tried to fix what was wrong before suggesting a new unit. Prompt attention and he kept me informed during the entire process because I was at work during the time. Thank you again!

i was referred by a friend. Might i say i have never had such prompt and courteous service. they came out when they said and worked around my schedule. The tech that came out immediately fixed my unit, and didn't charge nearly the amount i was quoted by other companies.i will definitely use them for any of my heating/ac needs and i would definitely refer them to anyone i know. they are awesome!!

My elderly father's heat went out on the coldest day of the year. I called them out and they identified that I needed a new disconnect, which he didn't have so he spliced the wires together to bypass it, changed another part and charged me $180. He said that I didn't really need the disconnect but if I wanted it put in he'd come back later and charge me $80 to basically plug something in and put back the wires he moved himself. The heat ran all of an hour. I called him back the next day and he told me it was probably where he'd spliced the wires because it really wasn't supposed to be like that and that he'd bring a new disconnect. But upon discovering that the breaker was tripped, he now said it was bad and I needed a new breaker. And just like last time he didn't have one with him. He didn't even try to install the disconnect he had brought and told me to keep turning the breaker back on. Another hour later and the breaker tripped again. I'd already wasted 2 days on something he should have fixed properly the first day so I ended up going to Home Depot, buying the disconnect myself, which cost me all of $7 and spent the night in the freezing cold installing it myself so my Dad could have some heat. The supposedly "bad" breaker is still holding and I believe the problem with that was indeed a weak connection when he spliced the wires as he had mentioned on the second day. I'll not be calling them again.
