We had our furnace fail on Christmas and the low was going to be 14 degrees and we were out of the country. Our neighbors brought over an electric heater for the evening. They came the next day and had us up and running again.

My Family and I have used Spearman's on many occasions over the years, both residential and commercial. The service is always fast, friendly, and very reasonably priced. One company told me I needed a new unit, Mr. Spearman DROVE out of town to pick up the part I needed and replaced it (same day) to ensure I was up and running. If you're looking for an honest, family business, you have found your place.

Kim was our family A/C and heating guy I'm an electrician and I recommend him. He overpriced our new ac unit but left the Dinosaur heat system oil heat. And has been out 4 times in the last 2 years to replace the "motherboard" 4 to just got a new bill in 1/20/24 600$ total we spent has been almost 10,000$. The ac simple outdoor unit. When several other companies could have got us a a heat and air unit for 5,000$ and change and done. Kim has piss poor customer service if he has to come back out on something he fixed supposedly he will charge you.

I can’t thank the Kim, Casey, and Hailey Spearman enough for helping us get our A/C fixed this summer. We were dealing with no A/C during one of the hottest weeks of the year and Spearman was able to help us resolve our problem quick and easy. They are very easy to work with and helped save us a lot of money that other companies simply would not have been able to do. Highly recommend!

We have had numerous experiences with Spearman Heat and Cooling, both Residential and Commercial and now I will not call anyone else. The entire staff is very professional and knowledgable. If you have an emergency, they can accomodate you quickly. Their prices are fair and competetive. The thing I like most about them is #1 They are honest! If you need a major repair they will explain that to you, if you do not need a major repair or replacement they will go over your options in detail. They're honest. Unfortunately honesty can be hard to find these days but they certainly are. And they are super nice people that are a pleasure to do business with, I would highly reccomend to anyone for residential and commercial.

The owner of Spearman Heat and Cooling has been servicing my Heat and Air unit for 25+ years at my old address, no problems.
Now i have moved and he has took care of my Heat And Air unit at my new address ever since 2017. Give them a call and they come fix the problem even when i was out of town.

They came out and fixed my air conditioning within a few hours of me calling on July 5th. The best service you can ask for. Can’t thank them enough as my house was 81 degrees with two young kids.

Spearman Heat and Cooling, Inc. handles all of our service, maintenance, and repair for our HVAC systems, as well as our daughters’ units. They are both affordable and dependable. We have always had positive experiences working with Kim and respect his honesty and transparency—qualities you don’t find in many business owners today. We recently had them come out to install some gas piping for us, and they did an excellent job. We will be doing business with the Spearman family for many years to come!
