They have serviced our old system and installed a new replacement when the old one was beyond repair. He is always prompt when we have had issues. He the one you can trust to get there fast and get you back running.

Jonathon is a very trustworthy and dependable technician. He was able to diagnose my issues very quickly and fix the problem within minutes. But most importantly, Jonathon has the highest degree of integrity. He has not tried to up-sale or manipulate me into buying equipment that I didn’t need. Very responsive, very thorough, very friendly service. Came to the house for a potential problem, spent lots of time diagnosing and troubleshooting to determine what the problem was and gave an extremely reasonable price for the service visit. Could not recommend highly enough.

Outstanding service yet again!! Last Friday at 2pm I noticed my air was blowing warm. I texted Tarheel Comfort and within a few minutes, I received a call and he was able to swing by within 30 minutes to diagnose the problem. By 4pm my unit was fixed and we had cold air blowing!

Amazing company run by real professionals that know what they're doing and care about treating people right. I moved into a home from 1966 and Tarheel Comfort was able to quickly help me sort out HVAC issues I was having. I really wish the previous owner would have used them to put in the new HVAC units! I'll be using Tarheel Comfort for any HVAC needs I've got including a re-ducting project I would like to do in the future.

10 out of 10 would recommend these guys for any and all hvac services. They went above and beyond. Jonathan is very personable and took his time to make sure my wife and I were satisfied with their work. He walked us through or new system and made sure to answer any questions we had. Sometimes it feels like there are disadvantages to using a small business as opposed to larger corporations, however you will not feel this at all with Tarheel Comfort. His prices, customer service, and quality of work are unmatched in the Charlotte area.

We got very lucky coming across Jonathan/ Tar Heel Comfort. They replaced our AC unit and ductwork. They did great trustworthy work. He is a nice and honest guy, who explained everything well to us. He did not try and sell us on anything extra that we didn’t need. We are going to continue to use them for future maintenance on our unit! We would definitely recommend them to anyone!
