My husband and I have been loyal customers for several years now!! They are professional, HONEST and dependable!!! They have worked on our & families homes & businesses! We had issues with our AC unit in our business location, a neighbor nearby who also works in Heathing & cooling told us we needed a new unit. Gladly Duncan was able to squeeze us in & made the minor repairs needed. We Highly recommend them!

Josh and his dad are amazing ! They have serviced our unit in the past and they were the people I called when our upstairs unit went out. Josh responded right away and even came out and diagnosed what was going on the same evening. He recommended solutions that were affordable and offered advice on how we could save money on our power bill. Their passion shows through their hard work and I love how they truly care about not only fixing the problem, but helping make sure we don’t have issues in the future. I will be forever grateful for all that they have done for us.

We just had a mini-split unit installed in our sunroom by Josh and Zack, and we’re so happy. We had asked other HVAC service companies to quote and no one seemed to be willing to do so. I found Carolina Appliances Heating & Cooling online and saw such good reviews I decided to call them. I’m so glad I did because now we’re sitting and enjoying our nice, cool sunroom. Those hard-working guys are not only very knowledgeable and reasonable in their prices, but are so very kind and very polite. Even Dad Odell stopped by to observe and say hello. What a beautiful family they are! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! You’ll be glad you called - I know that I certainly am!

Josh was great! Our water heater needed a new element and the part was brand new and wasn’t readily available yet. He somehow managed to find one within a couple of days and was out the next day to have it installed!

This was our second time having Josh come out and help with our heating and air. Both times Josh was knowledgeable, quick, and respectful in our home. Prices are good, would definitely recommend them for all your heating and air needs!

This company deserves more than 5 stars! They are so reliable and always make sure to come assess the problem as soon as possible and immediately get it fixed. Highly recommend!! Will never use another HVAC company! My parents also use them and have for many years. Trustworthy and respectful. Can’t ask for better!

I called GSM after my furnace was tagged by the gas company. Reed Mooney provided fast and efficient service. He was professional and personable. Very kind and knowledgeable. He got the furnace back to working order and gave us peace of mind.

Just had my HVAC system routine service done for the upcoming winter. The technician was very polite and cautious carrying his equipment as to not bunk into anything. He took the time to greet us and our dog. He told me the results that everything looked good and asked if I had any questions. I would gladly welcome him back for the next check up.

The insulation in my crawlspace and the ductwork all around my house were in very poor shape, but GSM did a great job of putting everything in order! Stoney and Connor plus the rest of the team were very helpful, kind, and respectful throughout the whole process. They arrived on time and even finished the job a few hours early (unheard of in the construction world, I know).

Contracted maintenance service. This visit was to change two filters and check out the furnace.Mason, the technician arrived at the appointed time and was very cordial and outgoing. When he finished he throughly explained what he observed and did to the gas furnace. Before leaving we scheduled my next contract appointment .

Purchased six annual HVAC system maintenance plans. GSM Technicians Skylar and Lamorris were punctual, and went right to work with a detailed inspection of the units. Afterwards, giving me a short summary of the findings with a promise of a written report to come on each unit. Thank you GSM for such Super Service.

GSM is a Duke Energy recommended installer for attic insulation. Everyone I worked with from the initial salesperson to the installers were all nice and professional. They completed the job in a day and I now have a much warmer/ cooler home.
