I have always received outstanding service from GSM. I would highly recommend their service. Professional, great customer service and reasonably priced. My technician Jeff was very professional and knowledgeable. He took time to explain recommendations that were needed.

I had Stoney and Connor at my house today. These guys are the greatest! They already installed 2 HVAC systems on our property, and today they also improved the make-up air system for my oven/grill. They are truly experts, very personable and polite too.

I am a long standing customer of GSM. They provide the absolute best customer service! I was having trouble with my heat pump after the sleet and ice storm. I called Monday morning and received a same day appointment. The tech, Reed Mooney was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly. THANKS!

I contacted GSM on Friday and to my amazement I received an appointment the same day. Our Tech came out he was very polite, friendly and courteous. He immediately identified the problem with my furnace and repaired it. He was respectful and respectful of my property. Now I have heat again. Thank you GSM for great quick response and service.

Great experience from start to finish. Jim was great to work with on the initial meeting a Conner and Stoney were excellent installers. They were great with communication and did not leave until everything was just right and didn’t cut any corners. 👍🏻👍🏻

Skylar Ware came by today to check out my heating unit in preparation for the coming winter season. He was right on time, worked efficiently, and was very personable. I was quite impressed by him, especially when I learned he was younger than I thought. So nice to see that in the younger generation! Had a very nice conversation with him while he worked. Bottom line, he represented GSM very well and inspired me to join their Loyal Customer Membership.

GSM has saved the day. Our crawl space had mice, water, high humidity, unsealed ductwork - everything you can imagine. I got rid of the mice and in a week’s time they replaced the ductwork, encapsulated the space, and did it all with a smile. I interviewed 4 different crawl space companies and GSM was not only the most knowledgeable, but were also the only company that made me feel like they cared more about our home than they did about selling me a service. I can’t say enough about Drew (who initially came out to the house and coordinated everything), Stoney (the Lead Installer), Colin (his apprentice), and the rest of the GSM crew. I’ll be a customer for as long as I live here - highly recommend them!

GSM has been performing our furnace checks since they installed the unit. I’ve always appreciated their professionalism and pleasantness. Joe was early, worked quickly, and made sure to give me a concise update when done.

Had a great experience with this company. They installed a new AC and furnace for me and got everything done really fast. The crew was professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. They were happy to walk me through what they were working on and explain everything along the way. Prices were a lot better than a few other quotes I got, and the work looks great. Definitely recommend them if you need HVAC work done.

Tech Told me my capacitor for the blower motor was bad. Quoted me $400 , I then found the capacitor part number online shipped to my house for $12. It just plugged in so there’s really no hard install. I will never use this company again as long as I live for these high prices that they gouge people over.

We received maintenance tuneups at our properties as part of GSM’s loyalty program. We could not be more pleased with the work ethic and service. Technician Cameron is both professional and courteous. He is friendly and willing to answer any and all questions while doing a great job.

I recently had an HVAC system installed for my main level by GSM Service. They were able to match a competitor’s price, and the installation was done cleanly and professionally. The team was courteous, efficient, and ensured everything was working perfectly.

What stood out to me was their customer care — they even sent me a personalized birthday mug with my last name on it, which I really appreciated. They’ve also been prompt with follow-ups for tuning and maintenance, which are included for two years after installation.

Easy Appointment, Service Tech Reed M. did a great job and was very helpful in explaining in detail of the furnace inspection. I've been a GSM customer for several years. From cust service to the service techs they have all been very professional and consistent with good service.

Stephen and his crew did an exceptional job installing 2 HVAC units in our condo unit. Included removing and mounting 2 components on top of the multi-floor condo. Stephen and his crew were professional, exact in their manner and workmanship, and timely. Also, did this dirty work on a very clean basis. Helped that they were also very personable.

Andrew came to my home and installed Softstart technology to both my heat pumps so they will start up quieter, and run off my generator when and if my power goes out. He was friendly, told me exactly what he was going to do. He did an outstanding job.

This was my first time using GSM. I had the fall furnace tune up service. The service tech was very prompt and on time. He was also very polite and professional. He was not pushy and did not try to shove other programs and services. Although he did explain his service contract and spoke about additional services his company offered. He was not like the previous HVAC company I have previously used. I am pleased to do service with GSM

Nobody really loves the time comes to replace reallly old HVAC systems, but GSM really did a great job from start to finish.

I had them replace our crawlspace ductwork (due to mold) and they replaced our entire downstairs unit with a great Amana system. It came with a great warranty and GSM even took care of the Duke Energy rebates for us.

Their prices and warranty coverages were a lot better than the big name companies you always see commercials for on TV all the time. Do yourself a favor and get a job quote from them before making your decision!

My technician, Lamorris Watson, was outstanding! He was polite, informative and professional. He thoroughly checked my system and changed both of my vent filters inside the house. He also checked under the house and my dryer vent. I am very pleased with this company and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I had an awesome experience from beginning until the end. He was so respectful and easy to work with throughout the process of my heating evaluation that he performed today. Kevin gave us a quick curtosey call to let us know what time he'd be arriving. I appreciate that. When he arrived he introduced himself and told us the process of the visit. Our dog Cash introduced himself to him and off he went! Every step of the way he would update us. When he was finished he answered all of our questions and even informed us of a program special they had for preferred customers is we wanted to sign up. We signed right up!!! We are saving money AND getting great service!! I am so happy!
