We had a toilet leak that led to a big mold problem in our half bath. It was pushing up the engineered hard wood flooring and rotting the trim.

Bella did an amazing job with our bathroom renovation in just 3 days and they were considerably less expensive than the other quotes we received. We replaced the floor with tile, replaced the sink, faucet, toilet, trim and paint- they can do it all.

The team was communicative, timely, and trustworthy. You can tell you’re working with charactered people who care and we’ll definitely be using them again. I highly recommend Gus and his team for your contractor projects.

My installation date was delayed about a week due to material availability. Gus told me that once the material was available, he would schedule the job and it would take about two days to complete. When the material was available, Gus scheduled an install date and showed up on time for the job. What I didn't know before he got there was, since we had already lost a week before the holidays, he brought in a larger crew than usual so the job could be completed in one day! The job was completed in one day and now the family can get ready for Christmas! Thanks Gus, there are few companies out there that offer this kind of customer service.

Had a plumbing issue that caused major damage to bathroom and ceiling under. The Bella team helped fix the bathroom damage and replaced the ceiling below. Also had them do some various other repairs. They arrived and completed everything on time and within the estimated budget. Great work and cleaned up completely after finishing. Honest team that cares about their work and customer satisfaction. Everyone I needed my floors done by I had I had a bad water leak up under my house and I did not know it anywhere. I had ceramic tile in my bathroom on my bathroom floor. I started cracking and it got worse and worse and my grandson's bedroom closet he started off. I thought it was rotten because it was very kind when you stepped down it was given so I have people promised me that they would help me or you know what it never fell through. I mean it never come true so one day go forward and text me I got a text and I will have a scared to do it. Take him back cause I didn't know what it would be and I didn't. I don't have a lot of money but anyway they kept texting me and I filled the paper out And they called me and they come out like the couple days later they were at my house and they told me what they would do and how much and they also told me they could finance it and you know what Foundation Finance finance my force for me and I'm satisfied with the price that I have is 120 Finance but I'm satisfied anyway I did it and Bella construction company came out and they done my floors. I'm gonna show you the first three pictures of my floor before and after which is they won't completely done but it was before and after of Grandson's and then I didn't get a picture of my bathroom, but I am totally satisfied would go flooring and if you need anybody from go flooring call Ramzi Mo Muslim echo flooring and he's a very nice young Christian man Christian young man and then tell him you would like Bella construction construction satisfied, and I'm giving you before and after the bedroom and after my bathroom, I thank God for sending me those people y'all please call him and use my name Sharon and Jackson

Their work is meticulous with an amazing attention to detail. The screened in porch and patio has been an incredible addition to our home and lifestyle. Bug free in the warm weather and with the infrared heaters and EzeBreeze system on the windows & door, enjoyed in the colder months as well.

There may be a wait for the project to start, but believe me, it is worth the wait!

From the moment the salesman came out, Exterior Additions stood out as an amazing company. Their quote process was very easy. Every cost was itemized and easy to understand. Our clear choice was to work with them and we are so pleased we did. We added a screened deck to the main level of our basement home. We chose to utilize helical piers for stability. The whole building process went very smoothly and progressed timely. Any time we had a question or concern, it was promptly and satisfactorily addressed. We have been enjoying our beautiful screened deck for a few months now and are 100% satisfied with it. There is never even a bug that gets in. The guys are extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. They were upfront with the schedule and right on target with the timing to start and finish construction. Communication throughout the process was excellent! We didn’t really know what we wanted and Josh guided us through the decisions based on how we wanted to use it. The best decision we made was adding heaters to our porch so we can use it all winter. We use it more than our family room. I just wish we had done it sooner!!

Having our porch completed has truly changed how we live in our home! We opted for the EZ Breeze windows, a wood burning fire place with gas starter and built in heater. Josh, Tyler, Jared, Shane, Mike and Dustin were all professional, very responsive and friendly to work with. The site was very well maintained and we were kept aware of steps of the project. I cannot say enough positive things about Exterior Additions! We have lived in two homes in Charlotte and added a screened in porch in the first home after being in it for a few years and wondered why we didn't do it sooner! When we moved into a new home, calling Exterior Additions was one of the first things we did because we knew how much we would miss the extended living area. We added a second story screened in porch as soon as possible (with heaters and fans) and literally spend time out there daily. Do not skimp - invest in the heaters! When it gets chilly in Charlotte, we turn them on and are still able to sit outside comfortably, even on the coldest day! 10/10 recommend this company!

We contacted Exterior Additions because they were a licensed dealer for the EZ Breeze windows we wanted. I used their online project builder and estimator and their price was +10% less than 3 other bids we received. I contacted the company and they came out immediately and provided a specific quote within a couple hundred dollars of the online estimate

We were told up front that the project would take 3 months to start based on their backlog but that once they started it would be done quickly. They were right. The entire deck was framed out in less then two days and complete save for the windows in a week. The windows were ordered, arrived on time, and promptly installed.

This was by far the best experience we have ever had with a contractor. They were responsive, on time, on budget, and do great work. I can not recommend them more.
