Dealing with Brandy is a nightmare. She never follows through or calls you back. Why install units in a new neighborhood that is 1.5 hours away when you act like it’s an inconvenience everytime we need a service? Alex has been our only positive experience.

Our AC fan motor completely stopped working and left our house nearly 80 degrees. We have an eight month old child so no AC was not an option! We called T&C heating and cooling and the owner personally came out and inspected our unit and cause of the problem! He was so polite and very honest (which is rare these days) and had a part in the next day to fix it. We were up and running again within a few hours of installing!!! Great customer service and great job done by T&C! 10/10 recommend

When Tim Parker came out to see our old unit, he gave us two options but one we would have a never known about without his knowledge. This option saved us money and satisfied both my husband's request and mine for a new unit. This was Friday and Tim was able to get us scheduled for Monday morning installation. We were very thankful for that.

The team who installed our new unit were very professional, educated me on the new unit and thermostat and made sure everything was taken away from the old unit. We are very pleased with the service from start to finish!

Justin was very professional and knowledgeable, took time to answer all of my questions and fixed the problem with my heat.

Sergio was great. Efficient and knowledgeable about my system. He even showed me how to adjust the vents in the crawl space. It’s the second time he has come out and each time he is polite. He was able to fix my minor issue no problem and educate me on how it all works.

Devictor did a great job. He started outside to inspect and clean the outside unit. He came inside and inspected the attic unit. He was very polite, jovial and courteous. This is our second experience with T&C Heating and Cooling and both were professional. We highly recommend them.

DiVito is very professional and fixed my vent hood today. He found the problem with the AC and has to replace a pump which he will tomorrow. He is a wonderful asset for your company.

Justin Leone was awesome, diagnosing the issue and repairing the next day. 5 stars for Justin. However, T&C on the weekend was abysmal (0 stars) ... leave a message for an emergency and their definition of an emergency is different than mine ... brand new $500k+ home with AC that doesn't work is a pretty big deal but doesn't even merit a call back on the weekend or even Monday morning without intervention.

Justin from T&C Heating and Cooling came out to take out a defective gas range and install a new one. The job was very difficult because the previous installer used some type of thread glue or sealant that made it virtually impossible to remove the gas line from the old range. He stayed at it though and was eventually able to do it.
He made sure everything worked right and even cleaned up where he was working. Kudos for a job well done!

Disaster. This company installed two furnace/AC unit in our new home construction. It has been a circus of errors. Both units were installed to burn natural gas, even though we have no access to NG. We burning through propane at an alarming rate. T&C visited our house four times and no one fixed it. It took another company to notice and fix that. Then, one of the units had a fan that blew 24/7. Again, T&C didn’t fix it, another company did. A third company told us in the winter that we wouldn’t have AC when the time came for it. Thermostat was wired wrong and turned out to be bad. T&C quit coming to our house and eventually wouldn’t take our phone calls to answer questions about the installation. One of the units (both installed in a small attic space) was installed on its side. The air flow from that one blew out in the opposite direction from the side of the house it was meant to cool. The air has to do a 180 and then a 90 degree turn to get where it needs to go. We built our retirement home and now the master suite cannot be cooled well enough to sleep at night.

You use whatever company you desire, but this has been my experience (some of it) with this company. Complete debacle.
