The Kodiak team installed a brand new AC unit and furnace this summer to give our home a brand new HVAC system! From the first call to set up the free quote, to the consultation, to the instal and questions afterwords their communication and customer service was fantastic. They made sure to treat our house like a home and we never felt like just a number or line item on a to-do list. Making a big investment feels good when you do it with people you can trust!

Hired company to install new furnace. This company doesn’t know how to correctly install a brand new furnace. They installed incorrectly and have come out twice to fix and now are refusing to fix. I am thinking they don’t know how. Two other reputable contractors have been out to give quotes to fix and are shocked by the installation. Going to cost me 1400 to fix a brand new furnace. Save yourself some court costs and run away from this company. To respond to your response. That is a lie. You never reached out to me to fix the issue. Installed incorrectly from the start the second time I had to wait for your expert to come and fix it still not done correctly. I was on the phone with the home warranty company when they called your company and you refused to come back and fix the error. Maybe you should be asking yourself why you couldn’t fix it correctly the first two times. How many times should your customer have to wait for you to get it right?

After struggling with my previous provider I needed to find someone else for my HVAC work. I managed to connect with one of Kodiak's employees, Demetri, who I had known in a previous life. He came out right away, and did a full check of my system and helped me get my failing Wifi thermostat replaced. We had an issue on the exchange of thermostats after he left, as I have a heat pump and a furnace, and he was able to help quickly and easily walk me through what needed to be changed. I would recommend this company!

I had an issue with my gas heater not blowing hot air, and I called Kodiak Heating & Cooling — they were absolutely amazing from start to finish.

They responded quickly, showed up on time, and were extremely professional. The technician took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my furnace and made sure I understood the issue before moving forward. No pressure, no upselling — just honest, knowledgeable service.

Tim and the team have been very responsive and thorough. Tim took the time to call and discuss my cooling issue. Through conversation Tim helped me narrow down my issue which was not a part of the hvac. Above and beyond

Sergio was called to my home to fix my A/C unit and we determined that it was a manufacture issue with the A/C plug in the unit. Because the wiring was wired incorrectly it caused the plug to be disconnected cause us to suffer. Thankfully Sergio was knowledgeable and found the issue almost immediately. He was a pleasure to talk to and I will recommend him and this company for your heating and cooling needs!

Justin and DeVictor are very prompt, courteous and professional. They are still working diligently to resolve our issues with air flow and temperature comfort.
Since the tweaks and additions the air flow and comfort levels are much better. They listened to us carefully and addressed each issue.
One example is that DeVictor walked through our problem areas and could feel the cool air we were feeling so he checked our thermostat settings and discovered that the fan was set to always on and turned off for us. An immediate change!
Then, he walked through the 2nd floor to check the results of the ductwork and explained next steps that Justin is taking to put the rest of the solution in action.
We highly recommend them. They are patient and a pleasure to work with.

Update:
Since our last fall checkup, we have put what we learned into practice with no problems to report.
Sergio waited patiently for us to answer the door this morning for our spring checkup. When completed he told us things looked very good and asked us to call if we have any questions before the fall maintenance.

I appreciate the honesty of Justin L who serviced my AC unit and verified previous advice on a replacement that wasn't necessary. It's a cost savings to me but it's also more comfort level to refer T&C to friends and others who ask for HVAC service referral. Too many big HVAC companies misleading people on repairs / replacements these days. Prefer the smaller HVAC companies where you get to know the technicians that come out.

The owner of this local business was my technician and actually corrected a mistake costing me money and causing my AC to run inefficiently since installation. I was worried about my house not cooling immediately after he left and he explained that it would cool overnight as he had to run the heat to defrost the coils. He was right and I was impressed with his knowledge, his fair prices, and customer service. I will be their customer for the life of this unit. Hands down the best service I have received from an impromptu emergency last minute call. Highly recommended!

Turned heat on for first time this season and it smoked up the house so bad that fire dept was called and had to use big fans to clear out smoke. Called Tim with T&C and he had service scheduled for next day! Service tech, DeVictor, arrived early, was super friendly, inspected unit and crawl space thoroughly, called Tim to review his findings and make appropriate recommendations.

I truly appreciate the excellent customer service that I received and the time that DeVictor took to explain everything as to how the gas unit works and what happens over time. Patience and honesty go a long way with me. Kudos to Tim and his entire team!!!

The T& Heating and Cooling technician arrived in a timely manner and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue, which was a faulty capacitor inside the exterior unit. The house is quickly cooling to the thermostat normal setting.
