Wesley is very professional. Our first experience with him was through a warranty service request. During service call he suggested what we could do to ensure consistent heat in the upstairs bedrooms. He returned for the installation. The service was quick, and now my daughter is not freezing anymore.

Jesse was excellent!!! Great customer service. Explained what he was doing and how the new thermostat worked. Especially thankful that I was able to get service on a Saturday. Would definitely recommend.

Andres was absolutely amazing. You can tell he takes his job seriously and really cares. He was very thorough and professional. He took his time and showed pictures and explained the issues. We even went under the crawl space to show exactly what was done and how the unit works. We are extremely happy with the install and that we had Andres as a technician. Amazing experience from booking to service. I work in the industry on a different type of equipment and I was genuinely impressed by the quality of service. Malik, the technician, was outstanding, diagnosing the issue in less than 30 minutes and handling it with a high level of professionalism.

Technicians Michael and Nate came out today on 11/21/2025 to perform an install of a new HVAC unit and heating parts. The two gentlemen were professional, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. They started promptly at 9am as promised and were wrapping up by 4pm. The new unit looks awesome!! Heat and cold are working great. Much respect to these guys. I will definitely stay with this company. They get 10s!!
Formula Air returned (Phil) on 12/10/2025 to allow for a county inspection of their install work. Per the inspection everything was done properly and above board. I appreciate the detail that went into Formula Air's work. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs. They are 5 star company.

I was very pleased with the service - on time, used the shoe covers (with the snow mess it was really appreciated) explained the problem to where I could understand, also adjusted the thermostat so the heat strip didn't stay on. He was polite and waited a short time to be sure all was working like it should. Unit is just over a year old, so there was no charge for the service.

These guys do a great job. I’ve interacted with management and field technicians many times over the years and they always do the right thing. Highly recommend for a job well done at a price that makes sense.

Our initial tech who came to look at our furnace was Jesse. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and very helpful when addressing our furnace and the concerns we had. Andres and the install team were very polite, knowledgeable, and quick. They made sure to engage and show us the work that was done and explain in detail. I highly recommend Formula Air and will be using them for seasonal maintenance moving forward.

I can’t speak highly enough to my experience working with Formula Air. From reception to technicians everyone showed great customer service. We had an ongoing heat issue with a week old new born. They showed urgency and understanding to fix our problem. We worked with Jesse, Malik, Austen, and a number of receptionist who all brought the same professionalism and care for our situation. We had no heat where my 88 yr old father lives. I called my Home warranty company and they connected me with Formula Air heating and cooling.The repair man Malik Wimbish came in right away after the call, diagnosed the problem which was our furnace control panel and ordered the part. 2 days later they were back to replace it and all has been working good so far. They were in communication with me with each step and very respectful to us and our home. I would definitely recommend them to others. Thank you

Very honest and very prompt. The service technician had to come an hour away and he was still on time. We called to report the issue on a Tuesday and they were out that Thursday morning. As since we are expecting the sleet and ice storm this weekend, it was Paramount that we got this issue fixed. We’ve had issues in the past and use other companies, and we’ve never had them to be so prompt, informative, and to troubleshoot the issue on the first visit. Wesley, the service technician was very informative and knowledgeable and he fixed the issue on the first visit. Wesley called to let us know how far out he was from reaching our home. I cannot say enough about him and this company! Our experience with this company has been nothing short than outstanding!

I have a home warranty plan who utilize this vendor the first technician that came out diagnosed the problems wrong. After he left I STILL went without heat for over a week until the second technician came today he identified the problem. He was very courteous knowledgeable, and now I have heat after being with out heat for 2 1/2 weeks.

Tech(Allen) came with good energy(especially for 8am) and did a good job of educating and finding root cause quickly. He assured me of "next steps" if the breaker blows again. He definitely defined what a service industry brand associate should look like. Thorough, Expert in his craft, and carried a customer-centric attitude. I recommend.

Formula Air is awesome! I emailed about setting up an appointment for furnace maintenance on a Saturday and Mandie emailed me back on Sunday morning. I asked if I could schedule on a Saturday and she said, "absolutely". I wasn't expecting to get scheduled the very next Saturday, but I did! Jesse came on time and was very fast and efficient. He was very nice and professional. He let me know everything was okay with the system. He let me know the gas pressure was a little high and that he cut it down. I highly recommend using Formula Air !!!

Such a refreshing crew to help me with my HVAC needs! Chad and Alan came out and were so wonderful and knowledgeable about my dinosaur HVAC. Maya and Kennedy really helped me with filing my claim and in getting the best service for my needs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Our furnace went out, and I called Formula Air expecting the usual warranty runaround and delays. Didn’t happen.

They sent someone out the same day. the technician, and he was top-notch from start to finish. He got the system running temporarily, then identified small cracks that could’ve turned into a serious problem if ignored. Instead of shrugging it off, he documented everything, took photos, and worked directly with the warranty company to get the unit approved for replacement.

Once approved, Formula Air scheduled the install quickly and had the new system in and running in just a few hours. Smooth, professional, no wasted time.

Andre explained everything clearly, showed me photos of the work, and made sure I understood what was done and why. Knowledgeable, thorough, and respectful of my time.

I had a great experience with Reliable. They were at my house in the appointment time window. Michael came in looked at my thermostat and showed me the proper way I should be using it. Took a look at the problem, fixed i, explained to me what was wrong and I have AC again. He arrived around 11 and was gone by 11:45 very courteous and professional.

We had an incredibly positive experience with our technician Matt. He was able to come out the same day that we called and quickly assess the issues that we were having with our air conditioning unit. He went above and beyond to fix our unit, despite it being very old and a complicated issue. When he did ultimately determine that the only fix was to replace the entire system, the price was more than fair. I would highly recommend this company!
