I always get friendly, on time service. I feel I paid a fair price for the two HVAC units I purchased in consecutive years. Eric is my sales person and he’s great. Customer service and Jacob the service tech are both top notch. I recommend Penguin Air enthusiastically.

I have been a long term customer for the same townhouse. I love the entire team on their timeliness and efficient. They are easy to work with and very professional. Great responsiveness is what I have come to expect from this team. In fact we should be doing an install soon as well.

Eric was very quick to come out to provide a quote and order a new furnace for us when ours kicked the bucket. Fair price and they ended up being able to install two days faster than expected. Johnathan and Adrew competed the install and were very professional and friendly. Overall great experience, will definitely be using them again

All aspects from setting up the service request, scheduling the technician, to having the service completed was very easy, pleasant, and professional. Jacob did an amazing job in servicing our A/C, especially with the high heat in the attic and with servicing the unit outside. He also added some great recommendations for some efficient cooling. The prices were fair. I will be a returning customer and highly recommend them.

Eric was very responsive, patient, and accommodating in helping me choose a system that worked best for me. The Penguin installation crew was courteous, on time, and efficient! Lindsey at the office quickly processed my rebate and warranty paperwork. All in all very impressed with the Penguin team! Great price and value!

Our Salesman Eric came out and recommended the perfect system for us. Our installers Pierce and Chandler were amazing- they were on time both days, very professional, extremely polite and knowledgeable. Our job was completed and cleaned up and it was a very pleasant experience.

Eric with Penguin Air came out to look at damage critters had done to my air ducts in the attic. He found that they had only pulled off a connection, and that there was no real damage and the two ends just needed to be taped back together. I appreciated the straight-forward honest explanation and the easy fix! Eric was also very congenial and easy to talk with, making the repair easy and pleasant. I highly recommend Eric and Penguin for air duct issues!

We were referred to Penguin for the installation of our tankless water heater after 3 different plumbing companies ghosted us after promising to provide a quote. Randy and Eric from Penguin came to the rescue as they are now also licensed for plumbing services! They were able to install our tankless water heater and remove the old tank out of the attic so we have peace of mind that we don't have a ticking water bomb waiting to flood our house. They did a fantastic job and passed all inspections. They earned a customer for life!

They came out asap, got my older heater running. It was a wind-chill day close to 10 degrees. Though my heater is old they didn’t try to sale me parts or anything; just fixed it & gave me a timeline for replacing it. Will continue to use Penguin, they’re great!

My experience was fantastic. Michael, in particular, was exceptional while my new HVAC system was being replaced. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. He was 100% professional, polite, punctual, etc. I highly recommend this company.

We had someone out to fix our air conditioning on November 26th. They replaced the fan and said all was good. We didn’t need to turn the air on again until December 25th and as soon as we do, it makes a horrible noise for the entire time it ran. I call at 9am on Monday to have them fix it properly and they tell me it’s not covered since it’s been more than 30 days. So at 32 days I’m out of luck because I was trying to be respectful and wait until after the holiday weekend. What’s worse is the person on the phone kept moving the date to make it seem like it had been even longer. First she said they came out on November 25th then it moved to the 24th as if I didn’t have the date already recorded.

Formula Air was absolutely fantastic! They came out to repair my HVAC system after another technician left it with problems, and they did an amazing job. It took quite a bit of work, but they were diligent, professional, and made sure everything was done right. My system is running perfectly now, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Formula Air for any HVAC needs!

Communication was very poor, with limited responsiveness throughout the process. The pricing was significantly higher than expected; after requesting a comparable estimate from a third-party provider, the difference was substantial. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company and do not plan to work with them in the future.

Malik Wimbish was one of the best HVAC technicians we have ever had. He was extremely knowledgeable and got our heat working. Explained everything and super nice!

Very knowledgeable technician got to the bottom of why our heating was going in and out, super courteous, helpful and obviously very experienced. Customer Service staff also courteous, friendly and helpful. Formula Air are a great team.

The service was good, and the customer service representative was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. The serviceman who fixed my furnace was equally professional, respectful, and kind. He was determined to resolve the issue and he did.

They were on time and Austin was a fantastic operator. Very professional and a great communicator around what he was doing and the process that was underway. While I’m not pumped our AC is out, I do appreciate the interactions.

I then chose them to replace the unit and very satisfied with the process!

Michael and Olei were totally fabulous! Professional and polite. Informed me of every step taken. Was very respectful of my home. After the job was completed, they took the time to explain how to move forward; who to contact if we have questions; ensured we had adequate carbon monoxide detectors; and, again asked if we had questions. I was totally pleased!
