Jacob, the tech, was on time and came prepared with backpack and shoe covers. He checked thermostat, turned on heat, then went up pull down steps from garage to check out heat pump unit in attic area. He came down after inspection and went to outdoor unit of our TRANE, behind home. I saw him hook up a hose to wash off metal grill work on unit before checking rest of the unit. I purchased a year service plan so he explained the visits & coverage, after coming inside. He processed my credit card and left to his truck. I was impressed with his friendly demeanor and manner of how he handled his work. He chatted easily about his work and about his local schooling. Finding out about my being a retired teacher & coach, he talked about his school and some of his teachers/coaches at his high school. Glad he didn’t have to work in potential hurricane headed out way!

We have to RAVE here about the service we received from Penguin Air. Erik came out and gave us a amazing price for 2 AC units and a heating unit. He and his team of 2 did an outstanding job installing and also cleaning up after work work was completed. If you are in the need of heating or air, these are the guys to call. Penguin get 5 stars from me. If I could give 10 starts I would. You will NOT be dissapointed.

Eric is an amazing sales representative. He takes his time explaining the entire process. He always quotes me the best price. He oversees the intire installation from start to inspection. I would highly recommend penguin air. I have never had a bad experience, the service guys are always on time very accommodating and capable. They never leave a mess . We've been using Penguin for a few years now and been nothing but pleased. We have called them for all maintenance, repair, and most recently, 2 new HVAC systems. When we have called, they are usually out the same day. They're reasonably priced, professional, and I have never had a problem with the quality of work. I'd be happy to recommend them for any AC/heating problems.

UPDATE (8/30/2023): Was able to leverage the preventive maintenance visits bult in to the annual agreement.

Through this PM visit they were able to identify a component that had gone faulty in the unit and replaced it in a timely manner! More importantly at no cost to me cause everything was under the ten year warranty they packaged with the deal.

The continued service experiences I have been provided with ensure and justify my decision to use Penguin Heating & Air.

Update: Had a few minor issues with an AC unit and we were very pleased at the fast, next day service visit and fix. Randy went above and beyond what we expected and solved the issue. Really glad we called them.

Really great service on a hot humid day that we so appreciated. We got solid advice about our aging AC units as well as needed service. Extremely fair pricing, combined with work efficiency left us very pleased. We will absolutely use and recommend them again.
