Nick was great help and notified us ahead of time before showing up. Very informative and took time to explain the issues and what to lookout for in the future. The scheduling and communication from the office was excellent.

Formula Air did a great job tuning up my heater. The technician who came out, Austin was phenomenal. He displayed great professionalism, walked me through what he was going to be working on, asked the right questions to ensure he understands the situation of the heater/house. Answered questions that I had and provided some great recommendations. Will 100% recommend Formula Air especially if you’re lucky to get Austin!!

Great service. Put a service request through my home warranty. Formula one scheduled and came out quickly. The replacement was covered under our plan so all we payed was the standard service fee for them to come out. They provided great info on air purification for the home

My warranty company set up an appointment with Formula Air for the heating issue we had. Communication with Amanda via text was quite and easy . Tech Austin was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly. Explained everything in detail to me. Very happy with the job done.

Thiago was great. He came out to double check that my heating exchange was working properly after I was told it wasn’t. He did a thorough inspection and identified other issues that need to be addressed. He even checked my CO detectors. Thank you for sending such a thorough and caring repair man!

Allen was here right on time. He could here the furnace noise as soon as he entered. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and made the repairs needed. After finishing , he explained what he had done clearly. He is very friendly and if I need any repairs again,

Technician Jesse was really helpful and knowledgeable.appreciate his professionalism. We work with them through our home warranty and would recommend to anyone. They replaced our furnace through the warranty. Oleh and his partner were great - kept us informed through the process and assured all was working.

I purchased a new HVAC System & had the install done twice once by Andres which did not go well, he was very dismissive & didn't listen to what was needed. The system had to be re-installed by Jaron Brown & he was amazing & re-installed the system properly. I had to spend 2 1/2 days for the install & lost time & work. Nathan has been great to deal with thru the entire process Jaron was professional & meticulous & completed the job up & above my expectations. Although I had many problems the end result is great. I will give 5 stars based on the end result but this should be discussed internally.

Formula Air is one of the best HVAC companies I have had the experience with during my military career and 8 homes. Professional and friendly. Service is great. Not a one and done. very relational. . I did a new HVAC unit and later duct cleaning. Both great quality work. I can not tell you to use them but you would be foolish not to interview them and get a quote for your work you want done.

4/7/25 Jesse was my first serviceman and I couldn’t ask for a nicer person. He was efficient, professional, polite, personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company based on Jesse’s fine conduct. Thank you Jesse.

4/29/25 Justin and Bladen came today to install my new heat pump. Right off the bat they were so considerate and courteous. I immediately saw they were quite capable and I had nothing to fear. They were respectful of my property and gave me input where appropriate. They worked efficiently and had my old unit out and the new one in in amazing time. Then they put in a new Wi-Fi thermostat and showed me how to link it and use it. Nothing was left to chance and they were careful about the safety issues of the installation. They made sure my breakers were sufficient and made me aware of what was involved. I’ve never had such nice folks work on my HVAC. It turned a casualty into a blessing for me. I appreciate them so much.

The technicians were thorough and efficient. They were timely and very professional.They explained the problems with my heat system, Tthey replaced parts and explained how to use all appliances installed after they completed their work. Great service for senior citizens as they explained everything they were doing and how to manage it subsequently.

Was paired w/Formula Air through my warranty company. My AC was auto shutting off and my usual quick fixes weren’t working. The office staff was great and so kind when I needed to reschedule.
Thiago came out and did a great job. He assessed, took pics to show me and explained the issue along with options for future maintenance. He then fix and cleaned up my system very quickly.
I would definitely recommend them and plan on making them my regular HVAC company for all things.

Our heating system stopped working while I was hospitalized. The temperature was dropping, we called our warranty company and they referred us to you. I spoke with Maya today and explained the situation which is worse because the temperature is colder. We also have our 14 month old granddaughter during the day. Maya explained, the unit has not arrived yet and offered to send space heaters. She was so kind and understanding, we received space heaters this afternoon. We are thankful for the thoughtfulness. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing service. Thanks so much.

Repeat customer here. We have a 20+ year-old HVAC system, and this company has helped us twice—first in 2022 when our AC failed (capacitor and condenser motor), and again this winter when our furnace stopped working due to a gas valve issue.

Scott Maynard was the technician both times. He quickly diagnosed the problems, explained everything clearly, and provided fair estimates. Very knowledgeable and professional.

I can not say enough good things about my experience with Formula Air. I first heard of them when my parents were assigned a tech through American Home Warranty, and I was impressed with how they took care of my family.
So when our HVAC gave up the ghost a few weeks ago I called them as well as two other companies for quotes. A few stand out qualities and why we went with them to replace our system.

1)They were the only ones to treat me like I was competent and did not wait for my husband to be present to “explain things”.

2) They showed up when they said they would and communication was great. The office was easy to get ahold of when I had questions.

3) We received a quote back within days that was much more affordable than other companies

4) They went above and beyond to courtesy install window units until our HVAC was installed!

5) Install today was a breeze. Everyone was kind, considerate, and just a pleasure to work with. And we have Ice Cold AC!

Technician contacted us when he was on the way. He arrived earlier than the scheduled time :-). He put on shoe covers before entering the home. Once he diagnosed the issue he not only told us what was wrong but he showed us the part and explained why it needed to be replaced. He replaced the part and checked to make sure the heat was working before he left. He was professional and did a great job. We are very pleased.
