Had a great experience with our recent AC repair. We had an issue with water dripping from the AC duct, and the technician (Michael) came over and fixed it completely in about 20 minutes. He had a no-nonsense, matter-of-fact approach—straight to the point, professional, and efficient. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t try to upsell or scare us into unnecessary repairs. These guys are great and have been using them for a few years now. Earlier this year, they installed two new furnaces for a reasonable price and they are now doing my yearly maintenance. Recently had an issue with upstairs a/c not cooling. Called late one night and they arrived the next day amd fixed the relatively minor issue for a fair price

Austin came out today for a routine service contract call to check my furnace. He conducted a thorough inspection, professionally and courteously, and was able to explain things to look out for in the future. He promptly provided a written report and pictures for reference as well as reasonable quotes to help me plan ahead for future repairs that will be needed as my system ages.

Austin was very knowledgeable and explained the operational aspects in detail. The annual checkup was part of a promotion in our neighborhood. Kodiak Heating and Cooling did an outstanding job replacing my old, oversized system and turned a complicated project into a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. Demetri was extremely thorough, running proper load calculations and explaining “good, better, best” equipment options without any pressure or upselling.

They right sized the system for my home and relocated the outdoor unit so it was no longer in front of a bedroom window. The install team—Anthony, Manny, and Jose—finished the job in about 8 hours instead of the 12 originally estimated, worked quickly and professionally, cleaned up everything, and even swept off my driveway.

The next day, Anthony and Demetri moved the return to a lower, more aesthetically pleasing location where I can easily change the filter, and while they were there, they also adjusted and cleaned the ignitor on my gas fireplace, which had stopped working—an extra touch that demonstrated true customer service.

After getting three estimates, going with Kodiak HVAC was absolutely the right choice and I would highly recommend them.

The Kodiak team is amazing. They installed a second furnace and air conditioner for me and did an amazing job. They are affordable, efficient, and took great care of my home. Great service! They responded to my email quickly and came out fast to fix my heat pump. The technician was professional and solved the problem right away. Only charged me the $89 service call fee. Very satisfied with the work and would definitely recommend them!
